The hotel is located in the middle of action. With the front facing the canal, you get to see all. Amphawa is bustling every weekend. If you’re not a crowd person, I recommend arriving Sunday mid morning or lunchtime to get the feel of the vibes. Monday morning is like a ghost town unless it happens to be a long weekend . A boat trip is highly recommended. The firefly boat trip which leaves at dusk is a popular one. The hotel room is clean and comfortable with friendly staff and the price is right.

Although the room is conveniently located, it is really a unpleasant experience. On the first day we checked in, there was a little sister who was in English to help us, and we also booked supplies for the monks the next morning, which is our main purpose here. The little sister said that the monk would be at 6 am the next morning. The hotel can't wear shoes in the area, I understand that this is Thai culture. But the owner of the homestay should also keep the place clean, so that it can be assured. The nails were found on the bed, and the bathroom and bathroom floors were rusty. It was very uncomfortable. I came back at night to trouble them to get a massage, but at 8 o'clock they told us that it was too late, no one massaged. The next day, we arrived at 6 am on time common area. Beautiful and punctual. After the monks were finished, we saw them making breakfast. Because we wanted to go back to the room to sleep again, we asked the staff about the time of breakfast. I am afraid that I will miss it. The staff is not English. When we pointed at breakfast, she thought that we wanted to eat. I even shouted and scolded. Another one is normal but not in English. Seeing our gestures, I wrote the breakfast time on paper to tell us. This is a very unpleasant experience. If I go to Ampawa next time, I have to book a nearby homestay before I arrange the itinerary.

A little far from the city, but other things are ok. Originally I planned to go to Amphawa Floating Market, but was disappointed. Finally I went to Damnoen Saduak Floating Market which is well developed commercially. Thank you.

The rooms were well appointed and spacious. The resort has nice gardens but is very close to a busy road. You can walk to the floating market in five minutes but be aware it only opens at weekends! Breakfast was a little disappointing.

This hotel is located just at the beginning of the floating market !! There is a very original made with a lot of recapture and very good gout !! Hold by 2 very charming women very welcome !! The rooms are beautiful and original a super outdoor shower !! The hotel has a nice taxi ship with them to go to see the maeklong train and the dance of lucioles at the night's grave but not really much lucioles !!! I advise you!!!
