It is a very peaceful hotel, the room is very spacious, the price is cheap. But it is a long-established hotel, the TV is still an old version ... has 2 entrances and exits, the security is very good. A deposit is charged.

This is a cozy little hotel. We had a pleasant two bedroom unit. The beds were quite comfortable. Walls seemed a bit thin, could hear neighbours bed squeaking ! A very quirky shower, but fine, once you sort it out, getting prematurely wet in the process. Basic breakfast, but adequate. About 15-20 min walk to the Robinson's area, 10 min to other restaurants. 20 min to fishing boat pier. Staff lovely, but a bit sluggish at breakfast time replenishing coffee and food items.

I really can’t fault this hotel the rooms are very clean and maintained, equipped with everything you need for the duration of your stay. The staff are wonderful very helpful and courteous, always willing to go above and beyond what is needed. The food is excellent with a good variety to choose from. The hotel it’s self has a pool, gym, sea views and is well situated with access to public transport, shopping and parks.

It's a nice hotel to take some rest there. The view is breathing. So lovely and enjoyable with sunset and sunrise view. The most favorite activity is swimming with sunset view. ❤️
Just only 1 thing to comment is about breakfast which have lack of food. It would be better if there have variable food for both Muslim and other religions.

JJGP1) i booked this hotel after setting a swimming pool search requirement and there was a pool picture on their profile. However, when i reached the property, the staff told me it would be ready for use only after 2-3 months. The profile piool picture was actually like a lotus pond on the property.
2) after checking in, the reception pointed to my room saying the key was at the door. Not having a keycard is not so convenient eapecially for a very new hotel {see next complain below)
3) at night, the door is lit but the keyhole area is not. The door is black, the keylock is black ao it's very dim and difficult to insert the key without the phone flash.
4) bad odor coming from toilet
5) room had a smell upon entering since the aircon wasn't turned on and it was very hot inside. I turned onthe AC to 20C and full blast on the blower, left the front door open and the room cooled down in 15 minutes. Btw, i checked in around 6pm already.
6) some ants on the TV stand/table
7) water coming down AC blower in the morning
8) no soap provided but there were small containers of shampoo, conditioner and body gel wash
9) location is not easily accessible and have to be careful not to turn right at the wrong street. The sign on the main road was at street level and not too large, there was a car parked beside it so it was a bit hidden
10) area is nice outdoor glamping vibe but would have been better with a working pool

The location is about 10 minutes walk from the main street to Robinson's department store. Robinson has quite a few restaurants, including Japanese food. There are also many retail stores and specialty stores. There are also supermarket TOPS. If I wanted to exchange Japanese yen, I was told that this jewelry store had a good exchange rate. There are also many food stalls around Robinson. However, he said that there are days when he doesn't do it.

Unfortunately, the water pipe was broken, we cannot use the water for the whole afternoon. They also did not inform us during the checked-in. The amenities smell so good, but no lotion provided. They gave us high floor as requested, we booked city view.

We need to come back and change the room and waited around 30 mins. The staff has a little confused and doesn’t good manage for checked in. The other service is very good. A breakfast is very good and has a kid corner.
