During our holiday, I would like to thank Mr. Kerem, the staff and manager of the hotel, who has a clue. They are interested in all their guests. We felt in our house, we stayed in the cellar as the most reliable, clean and location we stayed in one of the best hotels. As a distance, we stayed in the entertainment centres and beaches. Our room was very clean, all things were new. We have had a very nice holiday, and I recommend those who want to stay in the giant especially.

Loved the hotel, modern, clean, friendly staff, speak good English and nice selection of food. Great drink options by the beach and free ice lolly’s all day! Love the extra of bringing a lunch option down to the beach to save going to the restaurant. They messed up our room booking on our check in night. Saying they have upgraded us to a family room which is pointless for a couple. We lost the sea view & lounge access that night. Next night we got our room back. Please don’t upgrade your guests unless you can offer them their original booked room still. This wasted time for us. The valet also reversed our hire car into the wall with damage. They didn’t notify or tell us. It was only pure luck that we noticed it and they took full responsibility. Overall this wasted another evening of sorting this out and saw it to our shock going out for dinner. Very dishonest from the hotel to not notify your guests! Management managed this issue well. However food and drinks service could be quicker, my expectations from a 5* hotel is higher and unfortunately this isn’t a 5* hotel but great stay for 6nights….minus the issues!

- Our room was a legend - Generally, the facility and the room were clean - Our room was 1+1 bedroom in the shape of the living room and really comfortable. - Our kitchen was very good. The bag knife sheet was with a mini-doll January. It was very good to enjoy the view on TV or balcony, especially when my wife cooked. - Although it was winter, we started air conditioning for about an hour and it was enough in two rooms. We took a very warm family holiday. ** The only problem was the smell in the toilet, I don't know whether there's any problem with the municipality or whether it was temporary, but whatever happened we spent wonderful 2 days. Once again, I'll be sure 😊

Let's start with the positives. Our room on the third floor at the front overlooking the sea was very spacious and well-appointed with a comfortable bed and very nice bed linen. The only thing we didn't find that would have been useful was an iron and ironing board. The views from the balcony were stunning. The bathroom was large with good toiletries and space to put things away. The shower may not have been the most powerful but worked fine and hot water was always available. Breakfast was excellent, served until 11 am, with an extensive buffet selection and cooked to order items. On the less positive side, whilst the mornings were great the beach bar DJ started up at 2 pm with thumping bass'y music increasing in volume as the afternoon went on. This doesn't make for a relaxing time on the beach. Whilst to be expected in the main season we had not anticipated this in the first week in October. It was quieter sitting by the pool but if you like to sit on the beach in peaceful and tranquil surroundings this is not the place for you. The other significant negative was the excessively expensive food and drink. For some bizarre reason the menus are priced in Euros but billed in Turkish Lira which makes checking the bill quite difficult. Very few bottles of wine under 100 Euros and food choices were limited unless you wanted to pay a fortune. This had the effect of pushing guests away from the hotel to eat and drink; those who could easily afford it simply weren't prepared to pay unrealistic prices for what was on offer. A bottle of Pinot Grigio Blush was over 2,000 Lira when you could buy exactly the same in the supermarket five minutes walk up the road for 300 Lira. A 600%mark-up seems somewhat greedy! Unlikely we will stay here again.

I was very pleased with Flora Bodrum Hotel, where I stayed on 13-16 March 2022. The location of the hotel is very good; By the sea, everything is at your fingertips because it is central, transportation is very convenient. When you enter the hotel, you encounter a warm and clean environment... The lobby is very pleasant, antique furniture has been modernized and a nice ambiance has been created. I love the phone collection... You can either drink your tea, coffee or sip your wine by the fireplace. Of course, it is not only decoration that creates this warm and friendly atmosphere... Everyone from the owner of the hotel to the staff is very friendly, caring, helpful and respectful... The room is clean, simple, stylish and high quality; The beds are very comfortable, the air conditioner heats very well, the bathroom is renovated and very clean... The biggest plus for me is; It was the acceptance of pets... Endless thanks to the Flora Bodrum Hotel Team, where I stayed with my cat in 5 star comfort and home warmth 🙏🙏🙏 I've read a few negative comments and I can't help but point out. I also work in a hotel, I know that 100% guest satisfaction cannot be achieved and there are all kinds of reasons for this, but I cannot understand why such hurtful criticisms and comments are made when there is a serious effort...

When we arrived, we greeted a very laughing and kind attitude. Our room was very beautiful and decorated. We made a breakfast in the room and the breakfast taste was very successful. It was also too much in diversity. There is a small kitchen section in the rooms. There are many kitchen products inside the toaster. You can buy extra things and cook here for yourself. There is also a potato table in the room, which I think is very well thought. When you enter the hotel, the concept is already given. Every 3 days a room is cleaned, but they also tell you they can help if we want extra. So I can't say I'm very busy with the cleaning event in the comments. It's about how you used the room. We were two people and I can say that the room was enough. The bed comfort is beautiful. I didn't think anything else but we liked very much and there will be a place we would definitely prefer in our next holiday. Thanks very much to everyone.

В июле 2023 года впервые побывала в Бодруме, о чем давно мечтала. Был выбран отель Салинас Бич - сыграли прежде всего близость к морю и собственный пляж . Чудесная тройка - читала я отзывы.. не верьте !! У отеля ПЛЯЖА НЕТ ! отельеры не подали информацию о том, что в этом году они не арендуют пляж - и вполне понятно почему! Первый и огромный обман. Маленькие, просто крохотный номера ! Одна маленькая тумбочка и плательный шкаф с 3 плечиками на 2 персоны! Стаканчик для зубных щёток, мыльница- о таком не слышали. Сейф закрывается просто на ключ; а ключ выдаёт администратор . смешно - в этом случае уместно назвать этот сейф просто ящиком с ключиком, который способен открыть любой работник отеля . Уборка ? Зачем- полы не мылись вообще, мусор убирали и все ! При этом горничная приходила после обеда и была очень недовольна, когда мы просили её прийти позже. Кондиционер- отдельная песня. Очень старый и допотопный , дул нещадно, настроить не получалось, поэтому спали без него и каждый час просыпалась, чтобы включить и выключить у соседей кондиционер не работал вообще. Заглянула внутрь - комки грязи. интернет работал слабо- вай фай нестабильный . Попросили ланч - бокс, так как рано выезжали на экскурсию- получили маленькую булочку, кусочек сыра и колбаски. Весьма странно. Что понравилось- еда ; обилие хорошо приготовленных овощей, курица . Завтрак тоже радовал- яйца, сыры; овощи, зелень, хлопья , джемы, кофе - голодным точно не останешься. Через день омлет , мясные блюда на огне - курица . Раз в неделю рыба. К тати, в день заселения даже позавтракали. Заселили нас в 9.30 , не пришлось ждать 14.00. У нас была терраса с очень потрепанным столом и стульями , если постараться, можно увидеть море). Про бассейн - сами не купались, но наблюдали, как засыпают в него химикатов для чистоты. А однажды молодые сотрудники купались в нем в одежде и обуви( с гигиеной тут не шаморачивпбтся) - повсюду лужи воды, я подскользнулась , еле удержала равновесие. Мы были на позитиве, старались закрывать глаза на дискомфорт. Справедливости ради отмечу - работники отеля прислушиваться и стараются выполнять пожелания гостей . В отеле один работник, прекрасно говорящий на русском- всегда обращались к нему , старался все исправить . В целом, конечно, отель своих денег не стоит . Не советую.
