Hotel is clean rooms are a bit on the small side Staff are very good and happy to help Breakfast is Turkish but can order a full English for about £6 Best bits are the hotel is on the beach front with all the bars and restaurants The only downside and it's a big one is the photos of the hotel on on the beach are totally different as the restaurant is all plan white with no atmosphere The photos on the website are old photos and need updating

В Мармарисе отдыхали третий раз, апартаменты снимали впервые — и с первой же попытки такая удача :) Номер просторный, двухкомнатный. В главной комнате угловой диван, большой телевизор с кучей каналов, нетфликсом (нужна своя учётка) и USB-портом, из стены откидывается большая удобная кровать. В спальне ещё одна кровать, шкаф для одежды, складная сушилка, утюг и небольшая гладильная доска. Обе кровати удобные, матрасы не слишком мягкие, но спать комфортно, подушки тоже отличные. В каждой комнате — свой кондиционер и балкон. В нише у входа — мини-кухня с мойкой, электроплитой, стиральной машиной, чайником, кучей посуды и отличным холодильником с небольшой морозильной камерой. Для готовки есть вообще всё необходимое: кастрюли-сковородки, бутылочка оливкового масла, соль-перец, чай и молотый кофе. Ванная стандартная, но тоже просторная, есть фен. Сантехника отличная. Отделка номера простая, но стильная, всё чисто и аккуратно. Лампы с диммерами. Расположение у отеля удачное. До пляжа пешком минут пять, до центра города — пара километров. Буквально через дом есть ”Мигрос”, открытый до полуночи, так что сбегать за продуктами можно за пару минут. Персонал максимально позитивный и приветливый. Уборка раз в неделю, но за небольшую дополнительную плату можно заказать в любой день. Если нужны расходники (тапки, туалетная бумага и т.д.) — можно попросить, всё принесут. В общем, мы от апартов остались в восторге :) Из минусов разве что временами шумная центральная улица за окном, но спальня на противоположной от дороги стороне, и спать шум не мешает. Ещё было бы круто добавить на кухню какие-нибудь местные приправы, потому как в магазинах всё продаётся достаточно большими упаковками.

Me and the wife stayed here our first and last time. We stayed for 2 out of 7 nights then moved back to Icmeler for our last 5 nights. The live band on for 2 nights were so loud we thought they were in our room on the 3rd floor so i can”t imagine how bad the 1st and 2nd floors must have been. Then there was a DJ on for the next 3 nights as well. When the band finished at approx 1230 am the bars loud music kicked in til late. The room was very small with very little storage and a small glass fronted fridge which shone all night. The sea-view was amazing with a fair sized balcony. Breakfast was good and plenty and typical Turkish which we liked. Some of the guests were rude and walked around as if it was a 5 star which it definitely was not. When we checked out they tried to charge us for a meal and drinks we hadn’t had and we had to show proof that we had not. Would we go back? a BIG NO

This was a stay with the family with 5 persons: I dont want to leave a negative feedback as we didnt stay here for too long. However the disadvantages we experinced that there was a lot of issues regarding payment to the Hotel so we payed at checkin without knowing if our booking was rejected or not. Maybe we was lucky? 1. Remark that the pool is very small 2. Parking issues however this has maybe nothing to with the hotel. The reception couldnt help us, However a local kind person helped us navigating to a nearby possible parking space This hotel is very close for your nightlife and experincinces regaring cafees or alocohol cafees! This is very nice if you are into this. It could be noise at night, but the hotel is also located very good to the local bars and nightclubs. Be aware that the single/double rooms are very small. Almost claustrophobic. At last we had an OK stay for a couple of days. There is also a big aqua park nearby! A lot of shops too.

Spectacular 33 bedroom luxury hotel set agains thr backdrop of what must be the most beautiful bay in the area. A must for food lovers, sailors and anyone that wants to explore the region on foot and by sail boat. Don’t miss the Hemithea temple which will soon be excavated. Top marks.

Just returned from a fantastic week at Grand Azur and ready to book for next year! I travelled with 17 year old daughter who loved the hotel too. Main highlights were the staff, so friendly, they remembered our drinks and kept them topped up without being asked. Tui reps/guides were always around, we didn’t have any issues but always enjoyed a chat! The food choice is incredible, a trip to Levante is a must, gorgeous view and food delicious. Sunbed availability is high on my criteria when choosing a holiday and the no towels on sunbeds before 9 worked brilliantly. There were always beds available on beach. We treated ourselves to a Classic daybed which was lovely, MustafaN looked after us nothing was too much trouble. I agree with last post, spa man spoke to us on first day was not at all pushy and just said hello everyday after that, he’s only doing his job at the end of the day. We enjoyed the evening entertainment, even the quiz wasn’t your average quiz with lots of laughs. We didn’t feel the need to leave resort but there were plenty of trips/watersports available. Would definitely recommend and return!
