The staff is very nice and helpful and I and my boyfriend felt very welcome at this place. I especially liked chilling zones outside of the rooms where you can sit and sip a coffee or tea that is always available for the guests. Breakfast was just superb and I totally recommend to go for it here! Since there are not many restaurants around the area, we were going to this place also for dinners. One thing that could be managed better at the place is drinking water in the restaurant at any meal, including breakfast. It is just not available by default. You can ask for paid bottled water, but big bottles are not always available. You get some small ones to your room, such as half a liter per person per day, but in general, I had a feeling that this is up to the guests to do their shopping and manage it on their own.

For me, the best restaurant that I have tried in Cappadocia. I liked that the meals were full of veggies an it was not only about meat, as in some other restaurants. I didn't stay at the hotel during my stay in Ner/Nevsehir, but I visited the place with my boyfriend for lunch. To the ordered meals, we got a place of vegetables and also drinking water. The meals were tasty and I also haven't seen this offer in other restaurants. So I totally recommend to stop by here.

Beautiful hotel with heated pool and great rooftop. The area has local restaurants and is less touristy than Groeme. A lot of the tours will pick you up from there as well. The rooms are each every different, try for an upper floor. Even though there are more stairs, they are quite interesting. The morning breakfast was freshly made with lots of variety.

- The hotel has a unique style of exotic architecture and, it’s all made from cave. - It’s a good experience once in a life time, to try to sleep in a cave. Specially if you have kids or honeymooners. Although, I was a solo traveler but, I love it. - Day one was a bit scared my room was number (1) which is the oldest cave and, big&wide for one person. After knowing it goes back to more than 11,000 years ago. I felt am sleeping inside the history. - Hotel is a family business hotel, I met nice girls Sarah in the cooking class & Shaimaa sweet girl at the reception. - Everyone here very friendly and attentive, they can communicate in English the youngest employees. But, they are all extremely helpful. - Hotel can arrange pick up and drop off, as well as, private taxi to be transported anywhere around. - Location: it’s around (19-mins to Goreme city) Shaimaa helped a lot. - I booked tours and Turkish bath from the hotel . They also manage my transport to most of places I visit. - Breakfast: The entire food is organic and fresh from their farm. The hotel buffet have wide variates of olives that melts into your mouth. They sell home made tomatoes for cooking and various types of James. - Cooking class: if you like to interact with tourist, as well as, learn about Turkish food to take it back with you to your country that’s right place to go even if you will not stay at the hotel due to over bookings. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, offering helpful tips and assistance whenever needed. They helped us with all our inquiries about booking tours and hot air balloon rides and ensured even at 3 am we are taken care off. Our hosts exemplified genuine care and attentiveness, creating a welcoming a**osphere that truly made our stay exceptional. Should we come back to Cappadocia, this will definitely be our choice.
