Hotel Goreme is a very quiet but nice place to stay in Pummakale. I arrived at 7:30 am and instead of being turned away because the checkin time was 11, I was offered breakfast and he checked me in. I was 8th in line at the Hierapolis City Ruins and I was able to get into where I Walked Up and later Down The Travertines as well as not deal with the thousands of tourists that followed. After the hiking I did, ozgur the manager helped me get a parasailing tour complete with over 100 photos and videos for only $80. All other tours wanted over $130 WITHOUT photos! The room was clean and the AC quiet and cool. Mustafa ali güler of Nirvvana paragliding, T4t tour and Balloon coffee was my guide and all was fine! Best choice if you come to Pummakale

My wife and I visited Pamukkale and stayed at the Apollon Garden Hotel for four days+three nghts. It was a wonderful experience. The owners and their son made us feel so welcome and were accommodating with any requests that we had. The hotel is new and the rooms were very comfortable. We even got to ride their horses before we checked out. Highly recommended.

Petit hôtel familial propre et bien tenu très bien placé à 15/20mn à pieds de l entree des traversins de pamukkale. Les chambres sont grandes, propres avec tout le confort d un 4*. La piscine,la terrasse paysagee sont très jolies et bien entretenues. Parking gratuit sur place. Petit déjeuner au top et possibilité de restauration à bon prix. Accueil chaleureux, personnel serviable

I love where this hotel is located very beautiful scenery in morning, you can walk to Pamukkale(middle gate) just only less than 10minutes.Staff is helpful,he told me about tourist attractions, he shown the map of Pamukkale,tried to explain to me which is the best way to get there since I arrived(I think that’s lovely).Breakfast is not variety but it made me feel like home, I really enjoy! Owner also gave my mom a pomegranate for free.Thank you so much!

The owner is a Japanese woman, she is fluent in English and her attitude is very enthusiastic. The location of the hotel is really good, very close to the scenic spot. There is a swimming pool in the yard. The indoor space is quite large, that is, there is no kettle, and it is not allowed to eat anything or wash clothes indoors. It also writes a reminder in Chinese at the front desk. The hot water for the bath is okay, but the towels are too hard. It was found that breakfast was not included at the time of booking. You have to pay an extra 30 lire to include breakfast.

Fantastic location and the rooms were very clean and maintained well.
Highly recommend the rooms to anyone wanting to visit to Pammukale.
Host was very friendly and had a lot of knowledge about the area. He also recommended couple of good places for dinner.
We had great views from the room. The room price was very reasonable compared to other hotels in the area.

The room is spacious and comfortable. The downside is that there’s no glasses for drinking water or brushing teeth. There are also just a couple cloth hangers in the closet. I have to request to get a few more for my family. The breakfast is standard Turkish style. Be prepared to pay with cash if you have not pre-paid in advance. Also the lady owner seems a little stingy as she asked us to take a picture of the map instead of giving it to us free as all the other hotels.

The door lock is not so good, the others are not bad. It also has a large pool. Location is also like. But without pick-up and drop-off service, it is recommended for self-driving tourists.

GGuest UserWe stayed at Hotel Sahin for 2 nights, this gave us one full day of exploring the area and visiting the Pamukkale travertines and Hieropolis, which is a more relaxing way to see these sights in my opinion. The hotel helped us with an airport transfer from Denizli, I emailed them and they sent a WhatsApp contact that was very reliable. We had an early morning flight and they were there to pick us up 10 minutes before the requested time. The reception did point out that they only open at 8 am so asked us to leave the key on the door when we left. The main highlight is the hotel's location, walking distance to everything (although the South Gate will be a half hour uphill walk, so might be better to take a taxi) and the other highlight is the staff, who were very helpful throughout our short stay. The hotel room and bathroom were small, but clean and well maintained. They don't seem to have an elevator but we were lucky enough to get a room on the first floor. Breakfast is served on the top floor with an amazing view of the cotton castle, not buffet style, but a set menu for everyone. If you're planning an overnight stay in Pamukkale, I highly recommend Hotel Sahin.

NNagasakiThe room is clean and the air conditioner is good, and the balloon is flying every morning from the rooftop. I can see the lime shelf. I arrived in the morning, but I prepared a room early and I was able to swim in the pool and relax. It is a pity that the village of pamukkale itself is not lively, but the inn can go to the entrance of the lime shelf on foot, so you can go back without worrying about time and rest in a warm shower and a cold room. Mini bus and supermarket are close.

周周The location is good, Pamukkale will be there in about five minutes' walk down. The boss is also very good. We didn't want to drive ourselves because we were afraid of going back, so we sent us to the entrance on the mountain. It was more reasonable to have fun like this. It's a very big bed and breakfast, except for the front desk brother. The facilities and equipment are just like that, and the sanitation is pretty good. There is a swimming pool in the yard. Before checking out, my son had a good afternoon playing. There was their own parking space at the door, and the boss gave us his place when it was full. The Pamukkale Scenic Area is across from the upper floor for breakfast.

GGuest UserThis is one of the best small hotels I've ever been into. The hotel is located literally at the entrance of the Pamukkale Travertines. Rooms are clean and cozy, air conditioning works fine. The service is amazing. Hotel staff is friendly and polite, they answer all the questions and provide you with excellent tour advices. The awesome balloon tour is available at the helpdesk at a reasonable price. The restaurant is good: cozy terrace, balanced breakfast, unlimited çay. Nargile is available. Wifi worked a bit randomly, but it worked. The quality to price ratio of this hotel is excellent. Definitely recommend.

GGuest User The only complains I can give about this place is that we didn't stay longer. Had we known how much this hotel would exceed our expectations we would have planned a few more days. Driving into the courtyard you instantly feel welcomed and at home. You are greeted by two wonderful pools one is a shallow one for children. It was a little chilly for us to use this time of year but I am sure in the heat of Summer it is absolutely divine. The family that runs this place are wonderful people. We were immediately offered coffee or tea while we waited for our rooms. The rooms are a decent size especially for the price you pay. The bathrooms are beautiful, you have your own little private hamam in your room. Having a disability it was nice to have such a large bathroom space. If needed you could fit a wheelchair into the shower. The bed was very comfortable, and it was very quiet at night. The only thing I would mention is it does get a little chilly at night. I recommend asking someone how to use the heat in your room. There are a few steps to get to the lower level rooms, as well there is a ramp available. Either way, everyone is more than happy to help you manage anything you need. One of the owners, Ismail, was full of recommendations for how to best enjoy the local sites. He is very well traveled and has put a lot of work into learning multiple languages through his travels. If he is not too busy he is a very interesting person to sit and have a conversation with. He even took the kilim (Turkish rug) I bought in Istanbul to speak with someone to see if I would get the same story from the person I bought from. He came back with more information than I originally got, including proper ways to care for it as someone had washed it in hot water previously which caused the colors to run. Ismail did this out of his own curiosity, he is not trying to sell me anything more. There was never any pressure to buy or book anything extra. Just good advice! I honestly can't say enough about this place, the experiences was worth way more than you pay. And the hosting family treat you better than you would get at a hotel for 10 times the price. The matriarch of the family makes a wonderful butter which you can have with your morning breakfast. The location is fantastic, it is a quick drive to the travertine's / ruins, or it is not too far if you want to walk. A beautiful area to go hiking in. The people of the town are amazing. You truly get the vibe of a small town where everybody knows everybody. Good humble kind people. Half of the residents work in the hotel industry and the other half are farmers. Every single person we encountered we're happy to take time to answer any questions. I highly recommend the Shah Sultan Ozturk! I would absolutely stay here again, only I would make sure it was for a longer time next time. Thank you so much Ismail and family for providing a beautiful experience in our travels! My apologies if I mispelled your name.

I felt like in my home! Extremely comfortable beds, delightful food, lovely treat, in an excellent location, all perfect! All things you are looking for in a hotel, is here! They are expert in tourism, they know all about the tourist point there, they give me the opportunity to be in the air balloon air free, love you! 🤗🤗 They are a cheery and friendly family and the most important from them is people feel relaxed and happy! Stayed at the hotel in a transit exchange of bus and driver. The owner is very warm in welcoming us. He looks like a very happy person with three daughters, one working here when we stayed. The hotel looks very clean and tidy. And it’s located right under the thermal pool and a short walk around the corner. I would definitely recommend to my friends.

Hotel staff, Emre was very attentive and helpful to all of our requests including giving us a ride to the bus station at 2am for a minimum fare. Only major setback was that the sockets in the rooms did not function except for 1 power plugs. So can look into improving that aspect of the service. Basic hotel for an overnight stay.
