-the hotel location is close to the town center however situated on a narrow road. - although they said that parking is available for those who have a car, that is not true, you have to park your car on the road in front of the hotel or any other empty place you can find. - the hotel personnel are friendly and can speak Persian. - the hotel has a small elevator that can accommodate only two people and is also very noisy and not safe. - the corridor on each floor has a sensor to switch on and off the light but most of the time sensors are not working and you find yourself in a dark corridor. -the rooms have old fashion key locks and if it is not closed from the inside can be opened from the outside. - The sheets for the blanket and the bed are not clean and very old. - the room was dirty and had not been cleaned. - the fridge in the room was not cooling at all. - no towel and no shampoo has been put in the bathroom. - there was no hanger in the bathroom to hang your towel. -there were no slippers in the bathroom and if you are not careful, you could easily slide. - there was no soap in the bathroom to wash your hand. - there was no water to wash your butt and the toilet paper was so thin for drying. - there was no cleaning of the room during the four days of staying at this hotel. - no trash bin in the room. - breakfast was salad, butter,chees, and boiled eggs plus soup more or less the same every day.

It is close to the centre of Van and can be easily reached by Serbis shuttle bus from the bus terminal. The room has been refurbished and is quite clean and the waters are clean. The hot water flows out correctly. There is also an elevator, so even if you have a lot of luggage, you can rest assured. There is no electric kettle and no air conditioning in the room, so it may not be suitable for summer stay. The Wi-Fi connection is good. The breakfast is simple, but considering that you can stay at a reasonable price, there is no problem.

Hotel is good, clean, great location because you can visit whole central city by walking, services are good too But breakfast place in first floor is too small for hotel passengers, you have to wait in lines to find free table In the end i think is one best hotel in van to stay

My daughter and I were pleased to be guests of this fantastic hotel from 18 to 22 August 2023. Super location that makes easy all journeys around Van. Super team that always ready to help you. The service attitude is great. Every employee is very nice. This shows the high level of management of this Hilton, including helping me to surf the Internet Wi-Fi. The breakfast area is also perfect. The room is clean and comfortable. The only downside of the hotel is that it is far from the lake. The 6-lane highway speeds past at speed. It would be perfect if the hotel has a safe passage that can easily reach the lake.
