We recently reserved a room at Bryce View Lodge in Utah. We thought we were booking directly with the Lodge, but when we got the bill it was from Reservation Stays and we were charged about $100 more than we were told on the phone. I am very unhappy and recommend checking that you are not dealing with them (Reservation Stays). They are scamming people and hotels should refuse to work with them.

Really nice hotel. Part of the Ruby Inn group of properties. Great breakfast too. So close to Bryce Canyon. Also make sure to see the Bryce Canyon Wranglers performance at Ebenizer’s Barn & Grill! What fun!

We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay for our Bryce Canyon vacation. The people there were incredibly warm and personable. The room was clean and the food at the restaurant next door was just great. The price-performance ratio was right here. You can also book a horse ride there, which we can only recommend. The horseback ride into the Red Canyon was worth every dollar. Thank you for unforgettable moments.

I book all of my hotel stays, dining and excursions off of Tripadvisor reviews and I sort them by traveler ranking. I always prefer the number one ranked hotel, restaurant etc.. The number one ranked hotel was not available for my stay so I chose Bryce Country Cabins and it was a number one for me. We had our own cabin which was super clean. I travel with a mattress topper because of a bad back and the bed was so comfy I didn't even need it. It was so quiet in town.
