I'm looking forward to staying here this week. I visited Chattanooga a few weeks ago, and stayed at a different Hilton property. This trip, we wanted to stay by the river. Before heading home from my previous trip, I stopped into the HGI, and what a wonderful staff. Emily and Christine told us about the hotel, gave us food and drink establishment recommendations, and room recommendations. All this when our reservation is 3 weeks out. If they treat you like that when you're not a guest, that's all you need to know about how they'll treat you while there. Most importantly, they gave me the restaurant choice to celebrate my bride's birthday. See you soon!

The only issue we had was the next morning housekeeping was very loud and woke us. After a late night out celebrating New Year’s it would’ve been nice to been able to enjoy sleeping in.

This Hilton Garden Inn has been updated and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. All of the staff we met were very friendly. The breakfast was good, with a good variety of food choices. There are plenty of places to sit and visit with friends. (Even a fireplace outside.) We stayed when the weather was really cold, and our car was hard to start. The lady at the front desk got a maintenance man to drive around with booster cables and jump is off. We will be back here when we’re in Chattanooga again.

Our stay here was good and not-so good. We requested a ground floor room and that's what we got, which some hotels won't do if we arrive later in the day. We were able to park right at the door. Room and everything was pretty clean. The things we used worked well (refrigerator, microwave, hair dryer) but I didn't see an ironing board. TV worked fine. The shower worked well and had one of those shower curtain rods that gives you more room. The sink/counter area was large and separate from the toilet tub. The breakfast was okay with hot scrambled eggs & sausage, biscuits & gravy, packaged pastries, bagels, some cereal, juice, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, etc. There were washers and dryers in the room where the pool is. We didn't try the pool but it was large and indoors and looked nice. There was a $100 deposit and since we paid with a credit card, they said there would be no problem about having to pay it in cash. On the negative side: The room had an odor... not really smoke but something that wasn't particularly pleasant. The room felt very humid and ”sticky” despite the a/c working to lower the temperature. I didn't like the feel of the tile floors on my bare feet. There was no tissue in the tissue dispenser. Although there was room for a table and chair, there wasn't any. We ate our carry-out dinner sitting on the bed. Pillows were only okay and all were the same. Toilet/tub area was very small. No elevator for 2nd floor rooms.

Booked three rooms for one night through Expedia and chose pay at hotel option. Unfortunately, my card was charged prior to check in preventing me from using an alternative payment method. I was told the fine print allows GM this option. First time this has happened to me and we travel often. The hotel lobby refreshments for purchase was severely under stocked, with bottled water being one of the items they were out of. One staff member had a very casual attitude about this while another offered us each a small bottle (8 ounces) they had behind the counter. Small consolation. After check in there were two $25 holds placed on my debit card which the front desk could not explain and claimed they didn’t see in their system (well they are certainly pending on my account), and it was not for incidentals as I used a different card. The room I booked for my parents was on the second floor and they do not have an elevator nor did they ask if anyone had an issue with stairs. This wasn’t good for my Dad that has trouble with his knee. Then the toilet in their room leaked the entire time. The tub in my sons room was less than clean. The comforter on one of the beds in my room was stained. My keycard did not work - my child and husband were escorted by the same young lady that was casual about not stocking water back to the room where I was waiting outside the door, we were let in and I was asked to show my ID. What?!?!? There was no staff change, these were literally the same staff members in duty when we checked in less than one hour ago, and asked about water two minutes before. Last but not least, the carpet in the common hallway was damp and smelly. We would never recommend this hotel to anyone because it’s the little things that matter and they have more than missed the mark. Pros - They were moderately priced, in a good location, overall cleanliness was satisfactory.

I have stayed in this hotel at least half dozen times now and have always had exceptional guest service. Over the Labor Day weekend I got there after having a very stressful week. I had mistakenly booked a room with one bed. After informing the guest services of my error, they immediately got to work, trying to find some alternatives for me. I was given so much attention, it was refreshing. They found a room accommodating my request / need. If I'm in the Chattanooga area I never want to stay anywhere else. Well done.

We truly enjoyed our stay at The Hotel Chalet! The decor was beautiful & the staff was so helpful & accommodating. They definitely go out of their way to make your stay as great as it can be! The rooms were clean & extremely spacious, & the beds & pillows were so comfortable. You really can't beat the location right there at the Choo Choo. We had a wonderful time & will absolutely be back!! You should go, it is so worth it!

We celebrated our 40th anniversary here and it was extremely nice! The breathtaking ambiance when you walk inside to the bellmen with the hats and curtesy they gave us when we first arrived. Our room was on the 10th floor end unit as we walked inside was kinda small but the bathroom was big! Quiet room, pillows were ok but bed was very comfortable! Room service was great but only Friday-Sunday, very disappointed as we stayed through Monday. I love in room service fir breakfast especially! The restaurant was superb and our waiter Chris was absolutely perfect! The bartender in the front bar named I believe Barry was such an amazing guy! Good food in there to order as well! Anything you needed the front desk accommodated very nicely! The tour of room 311 was definitely a must! Valet Parking was a bit pricey but worth it! You will be happy to book this for your stay in Chattanooga! Great memories! So much to do in Chattanooga!

GGuest UserIf being saturated in the smell of sewage (I assume from the nearby city sewer system), being terminally tormented by the tedious sounds of traffic, cringing all night at the excruciating cacophony of construction activity, wincing at the grating sound of city vehicles cleaning streets and emptying dumpsters outside your room all night, being deafened at 4 a. m. by a diesel delivery truck parked outside your room running their refrigeration units at 120 decibels and clanging on metal unloading ramps loudly enough to wake the deceased, and a general unawareness of and indifference to your suffering and the very idea that a lodger might wish to sleep at night are what you seek, this hotel is for you! The hotel was clean and neat inside the room and conveniently located near City Cafe and a public transport stop, however, the notion that a lodger might desire sleep seems to have escaped them. In my personal experience Hotel Bo now has pride of place for providing (or not providing, rather) the worst night of ”sleep” (torture, rather) at a hotel that I have had in half a century. I honestly could have slept in my truck in a Walmart parking lot and been happier and more rested right now. I find it humorously ironic, I guess, that I arrived after midnight due to a difficult journey thinking I would crash hard and sleep through any disturbance a hotel might have the capacity to conjure up in the night, not knowing that the fates were already laughing devilishly at what they had planned for me at Hotel Bo. So, here I sit at City Cafe (since 5 a. m., by the way) musing to myself about my own idiocy. Caveat emptor.

They definitely go out of their way to make your stay as great as it can be! The rooms were clean & extremely spacious, & the beds & pillows were so comfortable. You really can't beat the location right there at the Choo Choo. We had a wonderful time & will absolutely be back!! You should go, it is so worth it!

The hotel staff was very attentive - we had a reservation in advance, booked the room at the last second, and we also requested the safety of the safe and the rented Penske truck. When the evening arrived, the security came out and he had been waiting for us, and when we were resting, he was staring at the car all night. The office staff was excellent - very friendly and friendly. The breakfast was good and the room was quite comfortable. Next time I return to the Chattanooga area, I will definitely stay at the hotel.

GGuest UserI booked a two queen room-“accessible.” Two days before, I called to confirm & to make sure we get an accessible room, as my husband has considerable mobility limitations. I was told that the accessible room was on the third floor, far down the hallway & with a regular tub-shower combo. I’m fact, though the rooms were listed as accessible, the hotel actually had no queen rooms with a walk-in shower. So, we were offered a king room, the only one with a walk-in shower. If this were where the saga ended, I may have given three stars. However, when we checked in, the AC did not work. The front desk worker told us he could not resolve the issue, as he was the only staff on site & did not have the skills. So, we spent the night sweating it out with only a vague promise of a possible discount when the manager came in the next day. Additionally, the remote for the blinds was missing & so we had to force them down. There were no bath towels, which was quickly remedied upon request. Honestly, I believe Lamar was doing the best HS could in a bad situation. If you have accessibility needs, ask a lot of questions before booking. We were in room 212 (actually on the ground level), which we were told was the only room with a walk-in shower. However, had my husband been fully wheelchair bound, he would not have been able to use it. The shower head was high up with no adjustment or wand. There is a built in shower chair, but it is not reached by the shower. It just isn’t very functional for someone who can’t stand for their full shower. The breakfast was fine. The meeting with the manager did yield a hefty discount. Had it not, which justified two rather than one star. The staff were overall very pleasant. The property simply does not provide adequate accessibility, while relying on this in promotional materials. I really do not appreciate being misled.

GGuest UserHotel was clean. Room was clean. Air conditioning worked great. One light in bathroom was burned out, but no big deal, it was just an overnight stay. Had a full tasty breakfast. Had amenities close by. Logan's steakhouse, China buffet, and Walmart across the street. Cracker Barrell and Waffle House right around the corner. 10 minutes from downtown and other attractions. Friendly staff, would stay again.

HHanyiiBooked two rooms and stayed for one night with the family. The inn is located near the interstate and overlooked the mountain. Breakfast was very simple—pancakes, coffee, cereals. The pancake was very good. The rooms were clean in general but had a scent of an old room. Staff was friendly and checked in / out was fast. Breakfast could be better but overall it was good.

GGuest UserI stayed for almost a week at La Quinta in Hixson for a business trip. Cindy and Mary were excellent the entire time I was here and made sure my stay was satisfactory in every way. The hotel is very clean as well as the queen suite we stayed in. They also had a huge breakfast selection that was well maintained. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to other business acquaintances.

铁铁木儿爸爸It is an attraction in Lookout mountain , which was an inner mountain waterfall that was dug down from the top of the mountain. Take the elevator to go down when you visit. Imagine that the husband who dug the hole with his wife Ruby climbed for hours to see the waterfall, and the wife's appetite and body were good enough. It also retained the cross section of the tunnel. Climb inside and see that the knees will crawl. The waterfall lights and music are only open for seven minutes, and you need to take pictures. It is best to turn on the mobile phone flash in advance or remove the mobile phone cover (some mobile phone shells will cause reflection and affect the shooting effect) to save time.

Walnut Street Bridge
1186***06Very good place to walk, wooden bridge walk, you can see the blue view, and the Tennessee River view. There is also a corresponding historical introduction on the bridge. The bridge is close to downtown and the blue view, and the other side is a park, you can walk.
