The hotel is located in an elevated annex, with easy access by car and free parking. The room is spacious and bright, and the bathroom is a little smaller than the room. However, the hotel lobby is spacious and very convenient for entering or leaving the hotel or waiting for someone.

We had a conference here that was wonderful. Front desk staff was super friendly, as were those in the restaurant and bar. The Valet attendant Steven was awesome! He was very respectful and attentive anytime I needed access to my car, not to mention super friendly and kind! Would recommend this hotel AND their valet services to anyone looking to stay in the area.

It is very close to the Dallas Expo. The whole hotel is mainly business-style. The business suite of the hotel is very suitable. There are plenty of parking spaces in the parking lot. There is free drinking water in the lobby, and there are gym facilities available, which is great.

Two families traveling together (2 adults, 4 kids-ages 9, 10, 11 & 13) for a staycation during the week. The beach rental flooded, so we headed to north Texas instead. Art in the hotel was amazing. Snuck in a history lesson during summer vacation. Food in restaurants was above average with above average prices as well. Restrooms were extremely clean. Rooms were only serviced for 2+ days stay. Only serviced one time between Tues-Fri. You pay the price for convenience but you could check in and never leave the hotel. Water park was open 10-7. Spa was not open yet, a little disappointing. Customer service was top notch.

Everything was great, the service and amenities. Very courteous to everyone and a lot of hospitality given here and there. The elevator shaky at times other than thought the place was pretty solid. Food wasn’t offered due to COVID but the food in the city is amazing and worth eating I’d recommend.

I was staying in town to go with my teen daughter to a concert at American Airlines Center. This hotel has easy access on and off the highway. There is a Chick Fil A and a 7 Eleven gas station in front of it, in the same parking lot as the hotel which made for a super easy way to get food and gas before leaving town. The hotel is very clean and smells nice. The doors are locked at 8pm so make sure you have your key. We had no problems with our stay. Room was clean and cold at arrival. All were friendly. A young man helped my daughter to open the door when her hands were full, dropping things even. He picked them off the floor and handed them to her, holding the door for us both. Breakfast smelled good and was promptly served. Hiltons Honors got us snacks and waters and were there waiting for our arrival. I was impressed with the hotel, service, and parking. It is right down from Parkland and a Children's Hospital so it would be a good place to stay if you are in the area for medical needs as well as American Airlines Center events.

The rooms were spacious and clean, with good lighting. I enjoyed the comfortable furniture and the amenities in the room. The gym could have used a few more pieces of equipment (a number of attachments were missing from the cable machine), but all in all they did have plenty of equipment to get a solid workout in. Would definitely stay here again. Location great as well.

Will def be staying at this hotel again. Rooms were nice. Accommodations were great. There’s a Starbucks and bar in main lobby. Staff was very friendly. The pool is lovely. The location was easy to get to and from the many places I was visiting.

Stayed here last Sept but what a difference a few months make. Room while it appeared clean became a hive of uninvited bugs after dark particularly in the bathroom.. manager denied they had any such problem. No coffee in the lobby after 9.00am. Strong smell of urine by the pool. Pool loungers need to be hosed down. There was installation work on new a/c units from 8.30am until at least 6.30pm. Daily with no apology. One night till 9.30pm. Staff are most unfriendly and never smile. Not very obliging and just do the bare minimum to assist. Don't let the fresh smell in the lobby fool you. Corridors and elevator are dirty and smelly. They seem to pick and choose who they request a cash deposit from. Its generally quiet when you don't have kids running the Corridors at 4.30am. Seem to have some long-term guests. Late check out is 30 minutes (11.30am) otherwise you must pay for a full night.
