Excessive pre-authorisation ($560 vs $157) charged and despite numerous attempts to contact staff this has not been rectified. Raised the issue in person with Danielle at check in, was told management would follow up, ten days later no contact. Multiple phone calls have been ignored, voicemail box is full, unable to make contact. Avoid this business.

This hotel is located in the Blackfoot Indian Reservation. The staff was super friendly and our room super clean. Good breakfast included. No real restaurants to speak of except for the ****** one (which is an order at the counter type) and the small bar in the ****** but we did have the best smash burger EVER in the restaurant. There is really nothing to do around the hotel -- smaller communities are a 30 minute drive north. (the museum across the street is well reviewed but was closed during our visit) We needed a place to stay after driving Going to the Sun Road so we could explore Many Glaciers the next day. This place worked out great for us.

GGuest UserThe hotels/motels around Glacier National Park can get quite expensive, so we tried staying here in Cut Bank as an alternative. The motel is basic but honestly we had everything we needed. Clean rooms, good service, and there is a large pool as well. The drive to the park wasn't too bad either. Wouldn't hesitate using this motel as a base camp for GNP again.
