"I think the hotels in Guam is really not worthy. Very expensive but the hygiene is not satisfying. We got bitten by ants in the bed during sleeping. I caught several ants in the bed. It made us really terrible. Nikko is not a 3 or 4 starts hotel. We travel a lot but this is our first time to be bitten by ants in the bed. They changed our room and gave us 2 more hours late check out.but the room on the same floor and same condition even though we were very itchy for previous two nights and got bitten. Really terrible. And hopefully they change all the towels in the pool. Tooooooo old !!! Everything is too old !!"

"Stayed in several different hotels in Guam over the past few years. I keep coming back to Nikko for a few reasons: best view (in my opinion), reasonably priced, beach access, water slides, well maintained laundromat… However, I do need to live with some shortcomings: the shower is in need of a major renovation (grab bar is loose, towel rack is falling apart, caulking is laughable…) I was here Jan 2025 and returned in April 2025. I saw an improvement in management at front desk and in Toh Lee restaurant. An added bonus: short walk to Tsubaki Tower with its 24 hr cafe and other good stuff."

"I booked ocean view but they served us partial ocean and parking view. I so disappointed and I requested to change another room but they said no more room available to change even though it seemed to me that so many rooms are vacancy. There was bad odor on the shower curtain and so a lot of dust. It was very senaitive sound from next room though the connected door. There was no privacy at all. In the midnight, alarm sound rang and some Chinese announcement from speakers. We were really scared and panic for a while. I didn't even have any picture to upload from the hotel. I am sorry but I won't to visit there again. Thank you!"

"Dusit beach resort is an outstanding hotel located in Tumon area in Guam. You can perfectly stay three nights of your holidays in this place to enjoy all the landmarks and activities around the hotel. The aquarium is really close, just 5 minutes walking. The staff are friendly and rooms have all the necessary amenities including air conditioning, free wifi, toiletries, towels, toothbrush, and complimentary water and excellent breakfast buffet. The hotel has great outdoor swimming pools with great views to sea. The hotel is surrounded by restaurants, cafes and bars within 10 min or less walking distance."

"Superb service. We got it at 6:30 am and they gave us another room where we can rest until it’s time for our check-in for free (this is probably subject to room availability). Absolutely thankful for this service (order cam from management level as well). We got a premiere suite. Then at 10:30am they called our temporary room to inform us that our Family Room is now available. The family room is big (bigger than their site pictures) complete with kitchen amenities and laundry machine and dryer. Bathrooms are clean and spacious. Walk-in closet was also in 1 bedroom. Overall, a great stay for our short Guam vacation. :)"

"Room is remodeled, very clean and nice! The view is great and the location is the best. Service is excellent and the morning Yoga class is for free."

"また必ず泊まりたいホテルです！ 日本人のスタッフの方がいない時間のチェックアウトは英語の聞き取りに苦戦しましたが笑 子供も中学生でこのぐらいのプールがちょうど良く、ロケーションメインでこちらを選びました。 3泊しましたが、そのうち2日間をこちらのプールサイドバーで夜ごはんにする程美味しくていい雰囲気でした。"

"호텔이 많이 낡았습니다만 청소 상태가 깨끗해서 좋아요. 직원분들도 다 친절하시구요. 부모님 모시고 가는 여행이면 한국인 직원이 많이 있다는 장점이 있어서 더 좋을 것 같아요. 저는 패밀리스위트로 묵어서 뷰는 시원하게 보이는 편은 아니었어요. 그치만 키친이 딸려있어서 간단히 뭐 해먹기 좋았습니다. 인테리어로 더 세련된 곳 원하시면 두짓타니가 좋습니다. 시내에 가깝고 더 플라자몰에 연결되어 호놀룰루 쿠키나 스투시 매장 들르기 편합니다. 결론!! 숙박비에 많이 투자하기도 좀 그렇고 그렇다고 애매한 곳 가기도 싫다면 롯데 추천드려요!!"

"Excellent location to relax and enjoy the ocean view from where we stayed. Since our vacation was during the Holy Week, the ocean breeze and the waves played ambient sounds for my early morning prayers from the hotels balcony. The whole day was spent strolling around the commercial places which was a stones throw away from the hotel. Nice place to window shop and to buy some stuff for souvenirs. Though I didn’t have much time to go swimming because of the unpredictable rain, I had spent my afternoons waiting for the twilight as the sky dusked and captured the panoramic sunset images in my brain. As for the food, I haven’t tried the hotels restaurant the whole time. It was more fun to explore a good deal of restaurants and diners nearby. Stayed 4 nights at Hyatt and the place is recommendable. Ideal place for family vacation if your goal is to relax, unwind and bond with family and friends."
