Stayed with my family. Hotel is lovely and clean, but most of the security is abrupt and rude. It is a treacherous 20 minute walk to the strip on a very narrow walkway - too dangerous to repeat. The street is at least 9 lanes with traffic traveling about 40-50 mph. We had to Uber back - which is only $15-19 from Paris Hotel. We were standing outside the buffet while it was closed looking at prices for about 20 seconds and security told us we had to move. Pool security checked my Fanny pack early in day when we looked at pool. I’m sure me and my preteen son looked very ominous (not). Later, we went for a swim and were told pool closes at 6. No problem - 25 minutes to swim. Except the same security man that searched my Fanny pack earlier came around and said it closed at 5:45 and very rudely made us exit abruptly - at 5:54. Not apologetic in any way. Acted like my kids and I were criminal trespassers. There’s a nice way to communicate - and then there’s this guy’s way. Best interaction was with the late night McDonald’s gal who was friendly efficient and smiling. No water at McDonald’s though??? No seats or benches anywhere in hotel - same as all of vegas now. No warmth or fríendliness - just rules, harshness, rude interactions. I’ve been to vegas 8-9 times but likely won’t return.

We stay here often, but lately the Grandview is getting shabby. The building 9 pool needs some work. Most of the chairs are falling apart, and there are no tables with umbrellas for shade. The hot tub wasn't hot for several days of our stay. Inside our unit, the safe did not work, and it took several phone calls and 4 days for someone to finally replace the battery. Outside - while parked in the parking lot of building 9, the back window of our car was shattered by a rock.

The only thing I was disappointed about is the fact there is no fan in the bathroom and no chance to open the window because it’s caulked around. You are forced to use AC unit which is noisy…

At check-in, I was warmly welcomed by the front desk person. She was quick but genuinely friendly and helpful. My room was clean and spacious, a suite with a seperate bedroom, living area, dressing area, bathroom, and wet bar. There were two TVs, one in the bedroom and one in the living room. I had a View of the Las Vegas *****. Marriott typically has excellent beds, and this king-size bed was no exception. The bed was clean and well-made, and I slept great. The room was quiet and cozy at night. The room is excellent for working in. There is a friendly desk with ample space and a comfy chair. There’s a lack of modern charger outlets, but there were plenty of standard power outlets. The room is due for a refresh, and the TVs are small and outdated. The shower worked well, it was easy to adjust the water temperature, and it stayed consistent. They provided me with a few complimentary bottles of water, which I kept in the small fridge beneath the wet bar. The complimentary shampoo and conditioner were fine, but the body wash had an odd scent. I used the bar soap instead. The bathroom was stocked with plenty of towels. The lobby was comfortable, and it looks like it has been recently updated. The lobby bar was popular in the evening, and the bartender was very attentive and gave excellent service. I didn’t have any food, but I did have a round of drinks each night of my stay. I would rate the Las Vegas Marriott five stars except for the small TVs in the room and the location. It’s an excellent location for folks attending a conference, but it’s a bit of a hike if you want to grab a quick bite or a coffee. The Curb app worked great here for getting a cab; it’s just that I always needed a taxi to get to The ***** resorts. All in all, I could stay here again, although it isn’t always the best location for me.

From the moment I stepped out of my car the experience was 100% top notch. Employees are pleasant, helpful, smile, and simply made the difference in my stay. I didn’t want to leave it was that good. The staff was awesome, food was great, room was beautiful and the employees love working there. I asked a few and they all said they love working there. Wow!! Love to hear this! I love this place and have shared this experience with family. Now my family wants to experience this hotel when they return to Vegas! Job well done to the entire team. Every leader from the most Senior level to the front line employee should be commended for the awesome culture you have at this hotel. Thank you for making a difference.

I was really disappointed about having to pay for coffee in this grand hotel. A few days after I stayed at 4-5 star Caesar Palace, I stayed at a hotel in Utah with 3 star that provided the best coffee ever!!!! Caesar Palace … a disappointment!!!! Save money elsewhere!!!

My husband and I came here for a baby moon / 10 year anniversary trip and I am so glad we chose Park MGM. The non smoking was a highlight for me as the smell was so strong at other hotels/******s that I couldn’t stay in there long. The location was so central for us. Tram between Park MGM, Aria to Bellagio was free and convenient. Walking distance to many places! New York New York was right across the street and can easily walk to Luxor going through Xcalibur. Food places outside the hotel was easily accessible, CVS Pharmacy and Walgreens were so close. Eataly had so many choices that we really did not need to leave the hotel! Bavette’s had wonderful service and food. Smoked salmon Caesar salad is the best salad I have ever had that we had to come back! Spa and fitness Center was so great. Bell desk gave us complimentary luggage storage while we killed time for our flight. The layout of the whole hotel was just perfect! Definitely recommend this hotel. 3 days max next time for us. 4 days in Vegas was too much!

Mandalay Bay is a nice hotel, the ****** is open, and the room was decently appointed. I felt that it’s generally clean, albeit a little smokier than some of the other hotels. It’s also on the end of the ***** so the location isn’t the best, but it’s an easy ride down on the tram to Excalibur. Overall, would definitely stay again if the price was right.

Location of the property is great, right next to Hermes and other high end shops. Museum of Illusion and Arte Museum are right outside the ******/hotel. Unfortunately their gym hours were modified during holiday season, yet, we will still charged the full resort fee amount. Food court has some good options but wish those shops could have stayed open longer.

Was travelling as a group of 5 Adults and 1 infant. Had a pleasant surprise when we were upgraded to a 2-Bedroom Suite for free that comes with free parking. The view was terrific and stay was comfortable, right at the heart of the *****. Only qualms were some light were not working and there was no kettle. But it was perfect otherwise.
