Our room had stained sheets, a hair dryer that didn't work, and no light in the bathroom. They changed the sheets quickly, but the insides of the light fixture had been removed, so there was no bulb. They said it would be at least a half hour to replace the fixture and that they couldn't move us to another room because they were booked. I'm sure people that stayed in the room before me complained too. How can you shower and get ready with no light? The pool was closed for two of the three days we were there. The front desk told us that 200 kids were there there the day before and we didn't want to know what they did to the pool. Once it reopened, I wouldn't dare go in it. The walls of the pool were brown and in need of a good cleaning. It looks nothing like the pictures shown on the website. The manager was very unprofessional and rude. I was insulted by his snide remarks and his inappropriateness. I would not recommend staying here.

We're just north of I-66, five minutes from Manassas National Battlefield Park. Old Town Manassas is within 20 minutes of the hotel, as are nearly a dozen golf courses. We stopped on our road trip at this motel and was very satisfied with our experience. The motel was clean and the room was spacious. The personel was also very nice at check-in and at the breakfast area.

Carpeted rooms were VERY damp, and the smell did not clear. TV was ancient, picture looked out of proportion and legitimately like it was from the 70s. No way to fix it. Internet did not work unless you had a room nearest to the lobby. HOWEVER, staff was very helpful and attended to any issues right away. Breakfast was surprisingly varied, with lots of different hot and cold items.

The staff here is very friendly, polite and helpful. We have been able to wash and dry our clothes. The room was spacious, clean with a comfy bed. The shower had good pressure, hot water and we had plenty of towels. The breakfast had a good selection. We recommend this hotel

TTACHENGBreakfast is almost like this. Every hotel is almost the same on the second floor. But there is a wall. It is not the kind of roadside. We stayed for two days. The parking space is sufficient. Next to the Shell gas station, there is a burger king next to it. It is convenient to drive to the airport for about 30 minutes.

GGuest UserI feel comfortable to write a glaring review of this particular location, being that it's located around fierce competition of other hotel names, and yet a proper amount of honor goes into the ”customer service” portion, just to begin the process of a single visit or stay-over. I've been to many hotels in my job's traveling capacity and localization (when long bookings are necessary), enough to indicate that a positive consistency is maintained when one has to get through whatever arrangement calls for a place away from home. This site is well managed, within a very excitable surrounding of commerce, so that's no small task, though one very necessary ingredient towards easing visitor anxiety--an inarguable aspect of consumerism. A nice premium choice of television selections; sanitized rooms that address residual pandemic concerns (still very important), and faithful security measures are always maintained. The people that work at this Red Roof are commonly impressive of their tasks and person-ability; I'm sure we're living in a time when such a decency is underappreciated, though nonetheless a high demand, whether apt discrepancy cares or not. The great people are Pri, Ronneen, Maria, Jean, José, Kimberlee, and a host of dutiful housekeepers that say little, yet smile alot. It's a good experience. ___Russ Gladden
