"I chose check-in for 1pm. When getting there told was told give them 30 mins to clean rooms. Waited a good 45 mins and still told need more time. I drove 4.5 hours to get there and still waited. Watching others coming in and going to a room aggravated me. About 1.5 hours later, was told can go to room."
