The staff was great, room was large, beds were comfortable, close to our destination (crayola experience) lots of stores and restaurants close by, easy access to the highways, We picked this because of all of this and for our little one which was excited about the pancake and waffle bar which had lots of fixings and did not disappoint. the rest of the food was decent, but the coffee and bacon was very good. The pool was nice with extra towels provided. My only complaint was that our toilet seat lid was broken so we placed it on the floor and the people above us (not the hotels fault) had kids and that in their play was loud/noisy as they ran and jumped off the beds. we stayed for two nights and that only happened the first night overall we had an excellent stay and would do it again.

We had the greatest experience there. From the customer service to the managers. Everyone was very respectable & over the top to make sure we had what we needed. Their towneplace suites was very clean. Very supportive crew July 2024 to Aug. 2024. If they upgrade the place it would be better. Excellent with what they're working with.

The hotel with good sanitation, facilities and services, the front desk staff is also very enthusiastic. It is worth mentioning that the next day, when checking out, the mobile phone was dropped on the sofa. It was not found at the time. After the call was over, the front desk confirmed that it was specially taken care of, and the phone was confirmed twice when it was taken. Really moved and thank you! ! !

The rooms were definitely not cleaned good. Under the bed was dog food, someome else's undergarmets, and other food. The oversized lady at the front desk, Anne, was the rudest front desk attendant I've EVER dealt with. She not only gave us an attitude, she then wouldn't give our deposit back after we left the room because we still had our luggage in the building. We were waiting for our Uber. So basically you can't wait for your ride inside the building or else your still considered checked in. So we had to wait in 90 degree weather for our ride to the airport after booking 4 nights over a hundred dollars. How does that work?! She was obviously profiling is because we looked like young couple. If your under 40, do NOT stay here.

First of all, I haven't even checked in. We have an upcoming booking. And we had all sorts of questions and requests. Had 2 different rooms. Even before I could request for rooms to be adjacent, Nelda understood the need. And offered that she will have rooms adjacent to each other so that its easier for the family. Next, she answered all other questions with patience. I am looking forward to this trip, more than anything else, to meet customer service experts like her who are dedicated, passionate, friendly and goes above and beyond to ensure the visitors are comfortable and have a good experience. You are doing a great job Nelda.

YYIThe hotel with good sanitation, facilities and services, the front desk staff is also very enthusiastic. It is worth mentioning that the next day, when checking out, the mobile phone was dropped on the sofa. It was not found at the time. After the call was over, the front desk confirmed that it was specially taken care of, and the phone was confirmed twice when it was taken. Really moved and thank you! ! !

I chose this location due to its proximity to the airport. I checked in late when the front desk agent was about to change shifts. I was thanked for my Diamond Ambassador loyalty and was given a handicapped suite. I was not offered any water and there were no bottles of water in the room. The room was dated and needs an overhaul. I do not recommend the room I was given, Room 223. The room was right over the entrance and all night there was noise from people entering and leaving the hotel with large parties parking at the front to unload or load. The hallways were noisy, the mattress was super soft, the noise from the refrigerator right next to the bed, and the ventilation system (the kind that goes on and off with a big thud when it reaches desired temperature) along with no blackout curtains made it impossible to get a good night's sleep. Needless to say, I was super disappointed as the point of staying in a hotel is to get proper rest.

GGuest UserParking is easy, the ****** is bright airy and inviting. They have so many slot machines you have to find many of your favorite slots. They have an amazing amount of food options. We ate at the Italian fast food stand in the food court and the food was delicious and fairly priced. The bathrooms are immaculate.

GGaryS945Good first: Check in and parking was very good, room was nice and clean. Common areas were very nice and clean. Staff I met were all very nice. Overall more positives than negatives. Bad: Breakfast was so-so. Eggs were overcooked and dry, juice machine only had water available. A bottle of cranberry juice and a flask of milk in the fridge. This hotel is located right next to busy route 78. The HVAC unit in the room does not give the option of running the fan all the time for a sound blocker, so there is highway noise on that side of the hotel (where I was located). If noise bothers you make sure you have a room on the front of the building.

GGuest UserSpacious and comfortable room, spotless clean. I was surprised the room was equipped with a complete kitchen. There's a small self service shop in the lobby of the hotel to buy basic items (for breakfast or a quick meal). Staff was helpful and friendly. Free parking and we could keep an eye on the car from the window of the room. Location is very quiet, a 10 minutes walk from the Wind Creek ****** and event center (I was there for 2 nights to see shows at the event center and this hotel was perfect for my needs).

First and second shift always makes sure I’m taken care of, love Stacy and Roman, the house keeping always makes a point to check and make sure I’m set up. My only complaint comes with the third shift staff that works some nights, I believe their name is Sam, I’ve found him sleeping twice and have had other guests mention it to me. He’s also had attitude with me several times when I’ve walked up to the desk. But everyone else is amazing and super helpful.
