I traveled to the Bay Area for a memorial service. I had my 90 year old, disabled father in tow. After the long drive, my dad had great difficulty getting out of the car and walking. The friendly and helpful staff was right there to help me and even loaned us a wheelchair for the weekend. We got a suite on the 5th floor. Although it was not ADA accessible, it did have a walk-in shower and wide doorways. There was a nice balcony with a great view of the bay. The bedroom and living room had separate air controls (which was wonderful as I run hot and dad runs cold). There is a full, 6-person conference table in the suite! My cousins brought dinner over and we had a family dinner right in our room! We also hosted family and friends in the very comfortable downstairs bistro area for drinks and conversation. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the food was great!

The friends we went with were particularly convenient from the airport. It was good to take a taxi directly. Then the front desk service was very warm. We stayed at so many hotels and felt that the price/performance ratio in this hotel was still very high.

The hotel is about half an hour's drive from the Golden Gate Bridge, the price is right The hotel has a parking lot, and there is a gas station at the door; there is a Mexican restaurant nearby that tastes good; The hotel has a swimming pool; fully equipped; breakfast; the house is clean and tidy; It's a pity that there is no bottled pure water. It would be perfect if you could give each customer a bottle of water.

I'm not sure what to say. The staff, especially the ladies were very pleasant. Sorted out room issues. We faced what looked like a junkyard although the booking implied we would face a landmark. Maybe they were referring to the junkyard! Room was OK. Kitchenette didn't serve much purpose. There was no cutlery etc. You could microwave food. There was a sink. Freezer was filthy, so we steered clear! Place was otherwise relatively clean and we stayed a few days. On the last day we left our luggage and went out and returned later to collect it. Found they had no washroom available in reception. I've never come across this at any hotel I've stayed in. I was though later given permission to use a bathroom. So not necessary though to initially refuse a customer use of a basic facility. I find this wrong in a developed country. The real plus was that the hotel is 3 mins walk to the BART station. Some really very good food options locally too. Lot cheaper than eating centrally.

The housekeeper Lydia, and Amanda at the front desk are great! Both are professionals in their capacities. Lydia ensures that my family and I are comfortable always checking to see if we need anything, which we appreciate. Amanda thank you for greeting us with a smile and a kind word each morning. I appreciate all you do in making my stay a pleasant one. Thank you both.
