We have stayed in many TRU locations in the last few years. This location upholds the TRU reputation. Very Clean, welcoming and convenient access to interstate. Friendly staff, breakfast that works for adults and kids (pancake machine is a hit). My one and only complaint is the $75 pet fee on a $125 room. We are Hilton Honors members. We expect a fee but this is too much and we were not made aware of the fee amount until check out. Hampton fee for our pet was $50 earlier in the week. Just disappointed.

We've stayed at this hotel a few times on our trips to FL. Always find it a great stay. Very comfortable beds, and rooms. Breakfast is first rate. My wife had sprained her ankle a few days before and they were able to get us a 1st fl king bed, very convienent to lobby. Have reading lights at bedside, bathrooms very bright, shower had good pressure and hot water. Couldnt' ask for a nicer place to stay. A restaurant withing walking distance that has carry out for dinner, and right next to I-75. We especially like the mattress and pillows, extremely comfortable for a good nights sleep. We've stayed at a Springhill near Atlanta as well, just as nice.

I am very pleased with this hotel. It was very clean and no unpleasant smells. Staff was very pleasant!! I stayed 2/20/2022 The pictures on this site are not up to date, because if the room looked like this, I would of never stayed. I am germaphobe. The king size bed was very comfortable. It was a great place at a great price to stay on my travels. I was going to St. Simon Island to see my sister. Only thing bad I have to say is parking lot is small, but built up around it. They had a free breakfast but closed because of Covid. Other hotels have their free breakfast but again many other places to eat. I wanted to make sure that I gave this site a review, because it was awesome!!

We stopped here for one night on our way to Florida. After a long day of driving, we were looking forward to getting some dinner and a good nights rest. The room was clean, modern and noticeably new. The lobby was also very clean and had a great sitting area as well as a nice complementary breakfast. Our troubles began after we had come back from dinner. We were all taking turns showering and when it was my turn, I noticed the sound of loud bass music. I thought maybe it was something else because who would do that at a hotel? Now, I do understand that it was early, about 8pm but we were all exhausted and planning on waking up early to finish the drive. The music ended up stopping for a little while and I was able to fall asleep no problem. However, I woke up at about 10:30 to banging on the walls, yelling and more music. I assume they went out for a bit and ended up coming back. My husband, who had not been able to sleep, made the decision to ask for something to be done. It turns out that they were staying for a long period of time. The hotel staff said that they are unable to tell them to be quiet. Keep in mind, It was after 10 at this point, during the hotels “quiet hours”. The man at the front desk was absolutely wonderful. He offered a room switch (which we took) and also took some money off. He was extremely apologetic and I could tell that he truly felt very sorry about the situation. While it was a pain to have to pack everything up at 11pm and move rooms, it was worth the effort. Once we got settled again, we were able to sleep comfortably and well. Breakfast was yummy and had more options than I was expecting. Overall, beware of the noise. They advise as having soundproof walls but that was not the case at all. You could also hear people above you but that was not a problem once it became night time. Most people staying here were very considerate of the other guests.

A bit tricky to find the parking lot / front entrance. Check in / check out was efficient.
