The hotel has a very impressive design that brings a pleasant, western feel. The hotel staff is very enthusiastic, always happy to help our group a lot. Our group of 4 people rented 2 rooms from the hotel, the room was new and very clean, fully equipped. My room is 35m2 with a cool and beautiful sea view. Here, just walking about 500m to the sea is really convenient or you can use the tram, also close to the city center. In addition, the hotel also has a dining room on the top floor, so you can see the whole Dong Hoi. This is a 3-star hotel but in terms of service, I think it deserves 4 stars. If I have the opportunity to return to Dong Hoi, I will still choose Riverside Hotel

Hotel location is good, just by the sea, you can see the bay from the room, the room is also very large, but other facilities are general, breakfast is relatively monotonous, and they are large round tables, not very convenient for fewer people.

Stayed 3 nights here following cave tour on the way to Hue. Previous host tried to discourage me from stopping here at all for lack of anything to do but we enjoyed it. The hotel room was huge, fantastic view of river from 7th floor and the staff here is great. Breakfast was $2.00 USD and very generous. Someone said adequate?? Really ?? What you didn’t eggs Benedict and a steak ?? The very walkable area is loaded with restaurants and coffee shops and the traffic is very light. It was very easy to spend 3 nights here and explore the laid back city. Recommend.

Từ khi đặt chân đến khách sạn, Gia đình đã được chào đón nồng nhiệt bởi đội ngũ nhân viên thân thiện và chuyên nghiệp. Họ luôn sẵn sàng hỗ trợ và làm cho tôi cảm thấy như đang ở nhà. Khách sạn CKC Thiên Đường không chỉ có vị trí lý tưởng gần các điểm du lịch nổi tiếng ở TP Đồng Hới mà còn mang đến cho tôi một trải ngiệm nghỉ dưỡng sang trọng và thoải mái. Phòng nghỉ được thiết kế tinh tế, sạch sẽ và đầy đủ tiện nghi. Tầm nhìn từ phòng rất tuyệt vời, giúp tôi thư giãn và tận hưởng vẻ đẹp của thiên nhiên xung quanh. Đặc biệt, bữa sáng tại khách sạn rất phong phú và ngon miệng, với nhiều lựa chọn món ăn truyền thống cũng như quốc tế. The hotel is good location because you can reach Nhật Lệ river within 5minutes by walking. And good quality for lower price. Kind employee. I recommend this hotel.

The hotel is located in a beautiful seaside, but is far from the centre and there are bars and restaurants in the area. We booked this hotel via the tour to the caves agency that organizes excursions to the caves in Phong Nha National Park , we arrived at 6 a.m. after a night on the train and at our arrival we had already delivered our room and We were made breakfast (50.000 vnd, it was only included that of the next morning ). The room was on the third floor, no lift.

Pros- The couple that run the place are very nice. The wife speaks really good English and is very hospitable. The husband doesn’t speak any but he invited me for coffee and helped me with taxis. The price is great. The rooms are clean, bed is pretty comfortable. The hotel is by a busy street but it’s pretty quiet inside the room 😊 Good water pressure and very hot water is also a plus.
Con - It’s in a location that is mostly furniture stores or auto mechanics. Also everything closes around 9pm so if you are a night owl like me you have to go pretty far to find food or drinks. I’d recommend getting a motorbike.
Overall, for the price, it isn’t fancy but you have clean room, nice owners, and a quiet space. 👍

I read my last article about this hotel, and I got it wrong. This hotel is not bad but the price is a little bit more expensive than the surrounding ones, but the breakfast style is a bit more than that of other places
