The hotel has been open for a long time, so the room facilities are relatively outdated. However, the flaws are not hidden. The villa is very large and has a very special room type experience. The guests were mainly Europeans, Americans, local Vietnamese and Koreans. The rooms have more modern facilities than Alya, but the villa is not as large as Anlam, so each has its own merits. The reason for the 4 points for hygiene is because on the day of check-in, there were a lot of small ants on the bed in the room. However, I contacted the housekeeper and two professional cleaners came quickly and cleaned and replaced the entire bedding, which solved the problem. The overall service of the housekeeper is also good, but maybe because he is a part-time employee, the response is a bit slow, but he is very positive in communication. We also participated in hiking here. Compared with the jungle hiking in Alya, Anlam is more rocky and the route is more challenging. If you want to try it, you must prepare a pair of hiking shoes or river tracing shoes.
