The room was clean. But reception lady took our passports and kept with the hotel until we checked out. Maybe it is hotel’s policy but passport is like ID card for foreign travelers. I think we should be able to keep it with ourselves ALL THE TIME. Also the wifi was bad maybe my room was out of range . So please avoid rooms on 3rd floor

The best thing happened in this trip and we really enjoyed all aspects of what they were offering! Although the bath weren’t functional and they sent twice the engineers to fix it …. Kinda nice but also kinda getting late …. But we would like to come back anytime for the sand for the hotel and more sand 🤩

This hotel costs more than 1,400 yuan a night, and a 5-year-old child needs to be charged separately. There are many other 5-star hotels nearby that are less than 1,000 RMB. I feel that the cost performance here is not very high, and the service is not very mature. The food is not bad, but not particularly delicious. Overall, I don't feel like coming back to this hotel. It's not bad, but not very good. It's a strange experience.

They constantly take care of the territory, during our stay we noticed how they were fumigating a beehive on a tree, in the next room they were fixing the air conditioner before the next guest checked in. Room: super soundproofing - you can't hear your neighbors or the deafening croaking of frogs at night. There is everything you need, even a fumigator, umbrellas and a clothes dryer. I especially liked the tea set with large mugs. From the photo it seemed that the furniture was old, but in reality everything turned out to be decent - both the furniture and the plumbing are in excellent condition. They clean the room every day. Overall, we liked it so much here that we extended our stay 2 times.

I contacted the bus company, found out the actual bus stop location, and eventually made a reservation for a new sleeping bus, so I am leaving a review on the bus to Nha Trang safely.
