This establishment is located securely and close to shopping centres. Beautiful setting and garden spaces.
The hosts were exceptional and very welcoming.
The room and bathroom was clean and dust free.
My only suggestion would be to offer a stand alone fan in the room as it was quite hot as the AC wasn't working.
Other than that, I highly recommend Tuscan Rose.

The best choice for business trips. The hotel is in a very good location. It is directly connected to the shopping mall. It has everything you need for food and shopping. It is safe and secure. The sightseeing bus station and subway are at the door, very convenient, recommended

The hotel is located in a relatively safe area in Johannesburg. The facilities are very new and the food is delicious. I especially like their croissants, which are very delicious. I will stay here again next time I go.

I loved everything about this hotel. I got drinks menu on arrival which was served free of charge, wasn’t expecting that in South Africa🤪🤪
Check in was super quicknand smooth, beautiful room with proper amenities. The hotel is in a good location sorrounded by nature. The services was 10/10, with super friendly and helful staff. I was impressed by the breakfast options and the restaurant itself….stunning and aesthetically pleasing.
I didn’t like their cocktails menu🥺🥺 they don’t have classic ones. 90% of their cocktails are made with sminorf 18/18 which isn’t cool.
Overall, this is a great hotel and would definitely come back!

The shop is in the city center. Very beautiful. There is a sense of design. Clean. There is quiet in the middle of noisy. Very safe. There are many Chinese people living here. The boss is also Chinese. The language is not a problem. The most profound feeling is that each room can cook by itself. There is a power outage with an engine to generate electricity. The speed is very fast. There A feeling of living in a shop like going home. I will come back

Security is good.
The room was fine too.
The service is also very good.
Book a little in advance, Ctrip's orders are transferred here a little longer than other hotels. Best to order a day in advance.

I stayed for two nights. The first night was booked at 17:00 on Sunday afternoon. When I arrived at the front desk, I couldn't wait for the agent's confirmation prompt, so I swiped my credit card to pay again. A little speechless. . .
No slippers, toiletries, outdated facilities, others are okay, and the location is also on a relatively remote road

GGuest UserFriends booked five rooms together, but one trash can was not emptied. The exterior windows of the two stores were being repaired from 2 to 5 p.m., and workers kept kicking and kicking the windows, making clinking sounds. I complained to the front desk manager, but there was no formal reply. In fact, repairs to individual rooms can be completely avoided. After traveling continuously for several days, it is impossible to take a high-quality nap.

KKAIKAIThe environment is very good, the decoration is actually okay, but after all, it can still be seen after a long time, and the health status is okay, that is, a pillow on the sofa is broken, and the pillows in the room for the 21st night after tax increase have to be used well Right. The service was very good. No matter whether the deposit was discussed during the check-in of the previous generation or later led to the room, it was very gentle and polite. TTrapped in travelThis is my second time staying that the Maslow hotel and once again I am very pleased with the service I have received from the staff and I was very impressed with the view I had from my room this time. Definitely going to be a regular stop when I fly to Johannesburg.
The centrality of the hotel makes it a perfect stopover for people flying in from other countries because everything you could need is within walking distance and the area is very safe for those who are not familiar with South Africa.

The hotel's location was simply outstanding. It was conveniently situated, allowing easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. Whether it was exploring the city or embarking on a safari adventure, the hotel's central location made it a perfect base for my travels.
The service provided by the hotel staff was truly exceptional. From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive assistance throughout my stay, I felt genuinely cared for. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met, including a special favor of allowing me to leave my suitcase while I was away on the safari. Their flexibility and accommodating nature were greatly appreciated.
The hotel itself was a sight to behold. It exuded elegance and charm, with its beautifully designed interiors and well-maintained facilities. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect, from the tastefully decorated rooms to the inviting common areas. It was a pleasure to return to such a comfortable and inviting space after a long day of exploring.

DDeborah-AnneI have stayed at the Quatermain before, and I am happy to say that the whole experience was once again just lovely! I had arrived VERY early on my check-in day and the staff made sure that I had a room well before the scheduled check-in time AND they upgraded me too!
The staff at the hotel are friendly, helpful and all round just a delight!! Even with the ongoing challenges that loadshedding (scheduled power outtages) brings to the smooth operation of any business.
The gardens are immaculate and tranquil, and it is unbelievable to think you are in the middle of everything with the peace and quiet that pervades.
The little bistro / restaurant's menu is thankfully limited, as it means that the quality can be assured and anything that is made tastes deliciously homemade. The evening buffet is very good value for money!
Just a small note that due to loadshedding, sometimes the email/booking system gives some issues - so don't forget to just follow up once booked :)

DDezLwazie…abit of an upsetting stay this time round. Check in they didn’t have a key to give, which is a huge security risk. I had to ask continuously. Receptionist & Staff don’t help with suitcases as you check in. towels not refreshed, given less than before. Room aircon doesn’t warm up the room at all. Not enough blankets. It’s super cold. Otherwise convenient and easy to get around from.
