Very friendly staff. Tasty and nutritious buffet breakfast. Rooms are quite at night. Pool area is clean and fresh

I am used to different trea**ent, we only asked for a coffee and it never came, there were cockroaches, the only thing we received was the complimentary two drinks that were flavorless pineapple juice, and they gave me a ticket for all the stay for 6 thousand pesos and I paid you more than 440 dlls. Service Horrible

Personel was very attentive. Food was walking distance and it was right across the steet from our tour company. Huasteca.com. Wasnt really a fan of the breakfast and i was a bit upset because the only reason i stayed there was because of pool and it was not working. I understand certain things happen.
