Customer service was good hotel was clean major complaint with Internet service, and no hot water at night

I’m from Mexico so I know the standard. This is good, clean and accesible. No issues. Staff are friendly and helpful. No issues

Convienient location. Room and facilities very clean. Bathroom exhaust fan extremely noisy. Coffee and tea available at the front desk only. I stayed there to take a 4 day tour to la husteca potosina, first day I hadnt bought my own towel and I wasnt sure if I was going to find one so I took one of the towels provided in the room just in case I needed it, which I didnt need and returned the same day, but apparently it was a great deal because I got lectured and almost crucified. Only one towel left in my double room and I had to request and extra one the following days. Felt like the staff took this weird attitude. Fortunantely I dont think I was charged for the towel they thought I stole but I only borrowed.

Nice hotel! The roon is very spacious and the bathroom and shower have extra room.
All staff are very frienly and helpful.

Muy cómodo todo, las personas que Hai trabajan con muy amables y el restaurante sirven una comida muy rica. El baño es muy amplio y cómodo, las camas son suaves. El lugar es céntrico y en frente tienes un Oxxo que se agradece y a lado a la cruz roja por cualquier emergencia

Excelente opción para visitar Ciudad Valles y de allí recorrer la Huasteca Potosina. Muy agradable, cómodo, bonito y excelente atención del personal. Nos quedamos en verdad, muy agradecidos y en especial, con el personal de cocina.
