Westgrove Hotel

酒店基本設備不多 拖鞋 護髮素 牙刷沒有的，風筒設計在抽屜內 而且是不能移動 每次吹頭都好辛苦 酒店早餐簡非常 不值得吃

Had a very poor stay in this hotel, we booked a double room and got a double bed with two single mattress unbelievable then when we went down for breakfast the place was filthy not one table had been cleaned and we had to ask staff to clean a table for us. My phone had died and I forgot my charger and the hotel couldn’t even help with this. I have stayed in many hotels throughout the country and honestly this had to be the worst we’ve stayed in. For a 4 start hotel extremely poor quality.

Was at a wedding and the service and food were fantastic. Bed was very comfortable and check in and out very easy. Definitely recommend the hotel is very spacious with nice outside areas also . Plenty of staff available and all very helpful. Would go back

We have stayed in the Westgrove twice a year for some years now and also receive a warm welcome from the staff. We stay in an apar**ent which is both roomy and very clean and we eat in the bar restaurant. The choice is good and the food well cooked and presented. This time was as good as always with friendly helpful staff and perfect facilities. We have already booked to return in November.

From Sylvia who checked us in to Jordan who checked us out the experience was wonderful. We had an extremely comfortable room. Amazing food and such choice. Waiting staff were so kind and our table was visited by James the duty manager and Bonnie the General manager...such a personal touch. Sara another duty manager lovely personality and Marcus and Peter and Paul at the bar...Great staff couldn't fault any of our stay.Many thanks also to Gary the night manager and Ryan for their assistance. Thank you Westgrove team we'll be back 💓

The staff were brilliant I requested a balcony & I got for personal reasons nothing was a problem for the hotel food fab wedding was excellent staff well trained I would highly recommend this hotel beds so comfortable balcony was a big issue for me I was so delighted when the hotel can facilitate ur needs it makes a big difference to my stay I can’t fault anything about the westgrove I would certainly visit again on a special offers weekend I loved nothing was a problem for the help the staff help u beautiful people thanks again for ur great hospitality not to far from Dublin lovely spot relaxing all the way WiFi brilliant just not a lot of stations on TV but that’s minor when ur enjoying ur surroundings thanks again I will certainly be back I would love to hear of specials on dates I will use them 👍🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Generally happy with two comments 1 I had to ask for a fan and that saved my nights sleep 2 nobody asked me if I was having a cooked breakfast the following morning! As it happened I didn’t have time but… Staff were pleasant The word limit is ridiculous

Fabulous break away for myself and family. Room was great, clean and plenty of room and staff were so friendly..will definitely do a return visit. Swimming pool is fantastic for the kids. Breakfast had a great selection. Staff were on hand to help whenever needed.

The hotel is clean and very nice, staff are very pleasant especially the older gentleman working in the bar. Beds are comfortable and the room was very spacious. The town has good pubs and restaurants and its only a 5 minute walk. My issue was that we couldn't use the bar on both night that we were there, it was booked out for wedding parties. This should have been communicated to us before our stay as its quite a big problem. The restaurant was also booked out for wedding guests on the evening that we booked our meal, we had to have the meal in the bar. The service was extremely slow and we had to ask for each of our courses. The starters were very good but the main meals were not so good, both were returned hardly touched. My wife had lasagne which had very little meat in it and I had the Asian inspired rice noodles in broth. I was very disappointed with it but that could be just down to my taste. It was extremely sweet and looked disgusting. The other issue we had was with the breakfast, the self service part is fine but if you want a hot breakfast you have to go to the counter and ask for each item. A simpler way would be to offer a full Irish or a small Irish breakfast. Its all very rushed and some of the food was over cooked. This was our second time to stay at this hotel and we will give it another try. We might ask if there is a wedding there the next time we book. Overall its a good hotel but not great.
