Didn’t like that the Lobby was under construction the entire stay. Didn’t like that the parking was valet only. Didn’t like that the valet personnel did not inform me that disabled parking with an ADA placard was free in any city parking spaces outside the hotel. I wasted $59 the first two nights when I could have parked directly in front of the hotel on

This is a beautiful resort. There was construction at the restaurant, but they did comp our breakfast for the inconvenience of the noise. My complaints are: housekeeping did not change our sheets, I know this because I found my socks (which I kicked off in my sleep) still under my sheets the following morning. My bathroom sink drained very slowly. The ice machine on my floor did not work most of the days that I stayed.

I thought it was going to be nicer on the outside but the hotel was still nice. The building just looked old but a lot of buildings in Florida do. The people and staff were laid back and nice. The scenery was beautiful. I loved the location!! It’s in a great location!! So many things to do with kids!! I enjoyed my stay there

The property is not what I expected from a name such as Hilton, I expected a clean and classy room, did not live up to my expectations for the price & name I paid.

My husband and I went to Clearwater Beach to shop, eat dinner and watch the sunset. The hotel was very clean, the staff was friendly and the location was perfect!

Property was in very good condition and great location. Hotel try to up sell on everything. Tried to sell me valet parking. When I parked my own car. They didn’t give us the Internet password or anything. I paid extra for later check out

Classic Hilton experience... pricey, but worth it! Staff exceptionally accommodating, and right in the beach.
