Morning sunshine is nice on the deck. Condo needed help. Not enough lighting. Awkward bathroom setups. Water pressure was low. Washing machine had lots of mold around the door. It is close to the beach but quite noisy from construction close by. Car noise as well late at night.

We stayed at 403 Dockside in October of 2021, When we walked in we all gasped at the layout of the room. We were all disappointed. One bedroom had no closet, another bedroom had no dresser and there was a bunch of stuff in the closet as well as the third bedroom did, The bathroom (if you can call it that) outside of the far bedroom was half way done. There were holes in the walls in the living room/dining area. The light outside the condo didn't work and one of the bulbs in the lamp inside was out. After a couple of days, the TV only had sound on certain stations, This was one of the worst places we've ever stayed at.
