I enjoyed everything about this hotel. The staff was amazing. The room was super clean and spacious. It was peaceful and quiet. I really appreciated the wristband key that replace those old card keys that can be awkward to carry around, especially on the beach when you you don't want to keep track of something like that. There are plenty of places to eat within the hotel if you don't want to explore. Food and beverage prices are pretty reasonable for an oceanfront property. There's a surf shop next door with a mini market that will fulfill any little convenience you may have forgotten. They provide fresh beach towels as needed and 4 bottles of water daily. They truly thought of the best things to make your stay simple and enjoyable. I will definitely be returning for a longer stay in the near future.

Property is nice but wouldn't consider it to be premium. As they say, the value of an experience is based on benefits/cost. The benefits are NOT worth the cost. Paid for a Ocean view. We got the North tower facing the hotel beside us, but if you craned your head over the balcony to look West you could see the Ocean. Far from an Ocean view room. Second night the TV remote stopped working asked for maintenance, they were busy but took upwards of an hour at which point was too late in the evening. Perhaps small things but premium value is in the small details. Wouldn't spend the money to go back.

Experience was top notch here from the second we arrived. They checked us in and gave us a room hours early, letting us enjoy the day at the beach. Our waiterJames at the Shor restaurant was phenomenal. He helped our kids create a pancake breakfast that wasnt on the menu without hesitation and genuinely seemed to have fun doing it. This hotel should teach a class on customer service.

If you want to spend a weekend lounging on beach and then walk straight up to a beautiful hotel room then this is the place!

Ocean view room not ocean view but rather garage view of the adjacent building. Service not helpful. For $400 a night find a better hotel.
Hotel restaurant Shor is not any better. D rated food with A rated prices
