Great location. Comfortable accommodations, wonderful staff. It was currently getting painted, and the weight room was closed for Reno.

The rooms are not updated and a little beat up. We had to pay extra for parking.

Rooms are fine, if dated. Very firm mattress was too firm for my tastes.

Beautiful hotel - disappointed them at the fitness center was closed for our entire trip
Also the cleaning person did an excellent job but forgot little things like restocking the hand soap and TP

Pool and the beach areas were great. Nice feature is the golf cart that takes you to the beach. Helped not having to walk our stuff to the beach. Concierge staff was very helpful along with the staff in the market.

We checked in late and woke up to construction noise at 0630 the next day. We did get moved to an upper floor but the construction followed- to the room next door. I was hoping to be able to work on the day that wasn't warm but the noise made it impossible. No microwave in the room, no laundry facility, fitness room was closed, tennis courts were not available. Resort prices for drinks at the pool. I would not stay again. The staff was very sympathetic, Kyleigh at the front desk was very kind. For the room price I would expect better amenities.

Nice location right at the beach. Newly renovated room. We had a great stay overall. Nice and friendly front desk team.

This hotel was in a prime location for sure, with the beautiful beach stretching right behind the property. The room I stayed was fully renovated and I loved the automatic light in the closet. One problem I had was the noise level in my room. I heard the next door neighbors’ coughing and hair blow dry so clearly I got nervous for a second thinking they were in my room!
There was also a big party going on somewhere outside well after midnight and so I had trouble falling asleep.
Other than that the whole stay was nice.
