Cheap hotel for the area but feels more like a motel. Check in is at 4pm and we couldn’t get a room when we went around 3. Front desk said they would call when a room became available but never did. No bottled water in room so we had to get our own. Parking is also an extra $10 but that’s pretty standard for the area it seems.

We had no heat/air in out room. Most of the electrical outlets did not work and the ones that did would not hold the plugs in. Numerous requests were ignored. Staff was less that helpful and some were downright rude. I will never go back to this place again. For the price I paid they should have at least offered us a different room or some type of partial refund.

Nothing like the pictures. Rooms had rust and bugs and hair dryers were smoking when turned on. Not impressed at all

We enjoyed our stay at Clearwater Beach! It is efficiently run, clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. The pools are beautiful and there is a lovely picnic area, that makes meals affordable in a lovely spot.

It’s right on a very noisy road if you’re on the front as opposed to the backside of the hotel. The walls are paper thin. I heard my neighbors until 1 AM on the plus side there’s a gas station two blocks away and the beaches two blocks away pets are not permitted.

I always hear about "Old Florida" and that's what I think about with this facility. It's an older hotel surrounded by a lot of new places. It was a good location and was a decent enough place to stay but don't expect anything fancy. Front staff was very good.

This is a 60s hotel that was clean-ish, but had a lot of rust around the closet doors and main door. Noisy, but both their fault. Otherwise a decent hotel.

Nice clean rooms easy parking and walkable to restaurants and beach, great stay and friendly staff.

The ice machine was broken and had to walk over to the other building across the street for ice. It would also be nice to have luggage carts. The pool area is very pretty and the staff helpful
