The front staff when we checked in was not helpful. She was short and didn’t fully communicate some key items.
We had booked a king. When we checked in she didn’t say anything about that being changed. We got up to the room to see it had 2 queens. I went back down and that’s when she decided to let me know that they had no king rooms (ours was under construction as it had just lost what that morning apparently).
She said there was a note on our booking about this. Not sure why she didn’t relay this info BEFORE we hauled all of our luggage upstairs.
She then said all she had was queen rooms…she ended up giving us an “upgrade” to a poolside 2 queen room.
The whole time she seemed this whole thing was a problem to her to move us even though we had booked a king.
The hotel is older (which I don’t mind) but the staff could use a little dash of friendly and customer service.

Private pool and beach. The staff at the front desk to the cleaning staff always had a smile and were extremely helpful and pleasant. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. We were upgraded to a beach view room and my daughter and I had an amazing stay. The room was spotless and spacious. We even saw dolphins swimming outside at our private beach.

This place was beautiful. The property was clean. The staff was friendly and the beds were super comfortable. He will definitely come back next year.

After spending over $400 I was expecting to at least feel welcomed but it was quite the opposite. Front desk seemed to be bothered when asked about the amenities and how to access them. Tried to get a hold of a manager to discuss a problem with the room … not available. Tried to see if anything could be done due to the inconvenience also denied. So definitely will not be recommending this hotel to anyone.
