Delux Inn Cleburne

Required $30 “early check in fee (for 20 minutes early checkin) after driving from out of state. Refused to open office, so I stood outside in 110 degree weather while he took 10 min to look at my DL behind the counter. AC did not cool room at all. Next day, housekeeping said she could not give me clean towels until I talked to manager. WTH? When I returned that night, I took towels I had dried off with after shower the night before. Manager told me to take them to the laundry at 9:40PM before I could get new towels. He said he gives out white towels and gets them back red or people steal them. I assured him I would not steal the (not so white towels), and he handed me 1 bath towel and 2 hand towels. I am an older lady wandering around a motel parking lot alone trying to find laundry at 9:45PM. I never did find it, and returned to my room. When I got in the room, I was astonished at the towels I had received! I did not use the disgusting towels. I threw them in the pile with the other towels for housekeeping. When I checked out, I told the manager everything I just stated, and he said “ok.” That is not how you treat customers and will never stay there again.
