I bought a booking and I went yesterday at 3 to get the room and the lady at the desk wouldn't give me a room I'm homeless since I didn't live 30 miles from there I couldn't get a room I got ripped off 74 dollars and it says not refunded I am freaking pissed they need to do something and refund it that is all I got in my name and I was trying to get a place to stay the night I rate zero

Worst bed ever, dim lights, couldn’t get shower to come on. Once on we didn’t cut it off until we both showered. Bare minimum furnishing. Way over price for these accommodations. Spend the extra few buck and stay next door.

This is the only hotel in the area that I would recommend. Everything from the check-in to the checkout process was smooth. The staff accommodate the guest's needs. The price is reasonable compared to others. Restaurants are close as well as entertainment.

We had a great stay. Staff was amazing. The room was clean and newly refurbished. Nice big tv screen. Once I fell asleep, I was out because that is how nice the mattress and pillows were. The outside reminded me of a Howard Johnson. The only fault that one could find would be that the bathroom could be a bit bigger but it was fine for what we needed.

They OPEN MY DOOR!!!! To say check out at 11 AM, CREEPY!!! Uncomfortable bed super hard and the pilllows were hard and smalls

We did not stay due to bugs in room. We went back to front desk and expressed our displeasure and checked out. We did not stay.

Not so good, definitely not a 3.5 star hotel, could be 2 star hotel. Nice location. Dirty bathtub and electric lines. TV didn’t work. Scrabble painting. Never again.

The beds are very comfortable.housekeeping is great.the managers and staff are wonderful as well very welcoming and pleasant and very helpful I definitely give this hotel a five stars all the way round it’s a very spacious room your not on top of each other the tvs r huge it’s a very lovely hotel definitely if your coming to Clemson check this hotel out

From the moment I arrived the staff made me feel welcomed and comfortable. The housekeepers are very friendly helpful and efficient. If you find you need toiletries they have them even toothpaste and toothbrushes. Breakfast is very satisfying plenty of choices. I appreciate the fresh fruit and bagels. The front desk staff is very helpful, friendly, and considerate. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. It's a great place to stay.
