非常棒的入住體驗，非常古老的建築，讓人感覺到久遠的歷史氣息撲面而來！帶孩子參加音樂節離CIM也就100米吧，真的太方便了！下次有機會一定還會選擇這家酒店的。

酒店作為美國曆史建築，非常古樸，很有美國味道。工作人員服務熱情。而且位置極為優越，周圍步行距離就是藝術博物館、歷史博物館。

緊鄰凱斯西楚大學商學院，賓館前台工作人員態度好，房間乾淨，早餐還不錯，蠻好的一個賓館。

The staff and hotel are so welcoming and accommodating. We have stayed there twice so far and are planning more trips. It is located in a quiet location but has access to the sections of Cleveland that we need to visit.

Lovely period hotel. Stayed in a suite that was small but perfect for us (coffee maker, fridge, sink, TV in outer room. Bed was large and comfortable, bathroom updated and very clean. Breakfast buffet basic but high quality food. Staff is friendly and helpful. Parking free on premises. Museums and Little Italy within walking distance. Will definitely stay here next trip to Cleveland.

Beautifully appointed mansion in the heart of Case Western Reserve, virtually next door to the art museum and botanical gardens. A fine french restaurant, Albatross, is 100 yards away. Rooms are clean and very quiet; good breakfast included.

The staff was very nice, especially during the breakfast rush. Unfortunately there was an issue with the shower head in our bathroom as it would not turn off. We called maintenance and while the gentleman was extremely respectful and courteous, he could not fix the issue. We had to listen to water continuously drop from the shower head that was 9 foot in the air and hit the floor of the walk in shower all night and day. It was extremely exasperating. The maintenance man said he would note the issue and have the front desk staff compensate us for the inconvenience. However, when discussing with the front desk staff the next morning, they did not seem to have any notes on the maintenance issue and took a laughable amout of money off our bill.
Also the walls are paper thin and could hear entire conversations in the room next to us. The room on the floor above us were banging around until around 2am and started back up at 6am. The rest of the hotel was nice but could use a serious coat of paint.

We stayed at this property in December and chose to return for a longer stay in January. Parking was easy, breakfast was easy, and staff was nice. Some rooms were a little older feeling but clean with nice towels. No gym but a bar and nice area to sit in the breakfast area.
