Courtyard Atlanta Windy Hill/Ballpark

This place is utterly disgusting. Curly long hair in bed and tub, everything is so old and gross, floors sticky, blood in grout of bathrooms. Don’t be fooled by the fancy exterior. This is worse than a Days Inn from the 1980s. Lady at front was nice and didn’t hesitate cancelling the rest of my stay when I told her I wasn’t happy with the room. She didn’t seem too surprised.

Very friendly and courteous staff. We stayed overnight after attending an Atlanta Braves baseball game. Room was clean. Just what we needed for an overnight stay. Extremely close to Trust Ball Park. We arrived earlier than the stated check-in time of 4:00 pm and was immediately provided with a room. The staff was very accommodating.

First of all I would like to stay that the staff was super nice. The room left something to be desired. There was an inch gap in the sliding glass door. The popcorn ceiling was feeling. The bathroom was nice but you could see some of the Cox coming undone. But overall it was My state was OK

Location should be removed from the Marriott Hotel chain. As a Gold Elite member, I have stayed at many different locations from the Marriott Hotel chain. This is the worst one I have ever stayed in. The front desk personnel were very friendly and helpful but we had to be moved three times due to issues with our room that could not be resolved. The furniture is outdated, marked up and looking old. One room the door wall was unlocked, the window was unlocked and the air conditioner rattles very loudly. The second floor wreaked of ********* down an entire hallway. The quality control team should be visiting this location and evaluating if it should remain in the chain.

The day before our arrival I woke up to an email confirming the cancelation of my reservation. I spent 45 minutes on the phone with a very helpful agent and my reservation was reinstated. I wasn't given a clear explanation but the agent suggested that it was canceled by the hotel (not the Marriott system). When I arrived I was told that I had reserved two rooms. We had two mysterious calls to the room and heard only a dial tone (interestingly, the agent who checked me out had two hang up calls at the front desk while I was standing there). The air conditioner was very loud and 'clunked' on and off so we didn't sleep well. In the morning we looked forward to a simple breakfast but they were out of eggs, bacon, and fruit so basically couldn't serve anything on the menu (except oa**eal). I expect a quality experience at Marriott properties, and this was not that quality.

If your walls are damaged by water and the paper is peeling, fix it. If your bistro isn't actually open, update your website. When the ice machine breaks call someone to fix it instead of just saying "it work when it want to". If the carpet is wet, tell someone or don't put people in that room. If the sign said Joe's Motel I would not expect much. The Marriott flag used to mean Way more

We stayed 4 nights and the staff was very welcoming. Room and AC were good and sufficient for what we needed. As mentioned before, very close to Truist Park and yes, the rooms are slowly getting dated.

The customer service is ok. The lady that check me in was nice, but for over 180.00 - 223.00 this room is horrible. Today is May 13th and It smells, it's not clean and the furniture is dated. I went to the front desk to ask for an upgrade and was told that's not possible. This is a waste of money. I feel like sleeping in my car, but it's to late - money spent. Do not spend your money here until they upgrade. As a Marriott BONVoY memetic this is unacceptable. 😡

The stay was not good and it was mainly in the details and then because of the smell. We were told to park on one side of the building and the room was on the other so we had a long walk. There was a used towel hanging on the bathroom door. The room was worn down. The room only had decaf coffee instead of regular. The hallways reaked in certain areas it is located near Truist park.
