Booked Junior Suite 403 for Valentine's Day, directly from the property's website which guaranteed the best price. We received perfect telephone assistance immediately, proceeding with the quick booking and organizing an aperitif at the Hotel Sant'Orso, with live music and dinner at the Cave de Cogne. The welcome was warm and professional and made us feel at home straight away, in everything, including parking. Booked private SPA, which is complete, welcoming and clean. The experience at Sant'Orso with an informal and classy aperitif with live music from the group at The Lodge Bar created the perfect atmosphere for dinner at the Cave de Cogne, an excellent wine bar and tavern, as well as a cellar. The room is warm, welcoming, spotlessly clean and equipped with every comfort, in addition to the classic 3 Star, rare price/quality ratio. Mr. Giovanni at the reception is a professional, helpful and friendly contact for every need, he assisted us from the first phone call. An experience to be relived and perfect in every respect, I recommend it for the friendliness, the smile of the staff and the harmony of the entire organization. Cogne is wonderful and worth repeating, both in winter and summer for all the possibilities it offers.

We spent 4 nights here for a 3 day skiing trip. It is the perfect traditional hotel. Really cute but not at all naff. The reception staff were consistently pleasant and helpful. They also rustled up a kettle for our room (which only had a coffee machine) which made me extremely happy. The bar and breakfast room are nice but it is the spa that is the real scene stealer. It's the perfect, relaxing and unique environment. That said the sauna was too hot on 3 of the days I tried it (and I like them hot!) and the steam room often too cold to stay in. But sitting in the jacuzzi was perfect. And just what you want after a day of skiing. They didn't quite understand what a vegan might like for breakfast. I do appreciate it's the mountains and veganism really isn't common here. They kindly kept bringing me gluten free crackers but the bread was absolutely fine for me. I bought my own diary free margarine and kept it in our mini bar fridge. We were upgraded to a suite which was really lovely and quirky. It was nicely decorated with a mix of high end modern fittings and traditional furniture. My only grumble was about the raindrop shower. They are no good if want to keep your hair dry!

Piccola ma carina spa a disposizione della clientela, per la quale l’hotel offre accappatoio e ciabatte da utilizzare La cena nel trattamento mezza pensione è servita presso l’hotel gemello poco più avanti Durante il soggiorno ho letto il libro sulla storia dell’hotel che si trova in camera, spero lo facciano tutti gli ospiti Parcheggio gratis in tutta cogne , l’hotel fornisce un pass da usare Ottima cantina di vini e amari Lo consiglio fortemente

Quattro giorni meravigliosi. Abbiamo avuto il piacere di soggiornare in suite straordinarie quasi fiabesche proprio un tuffo nel passato ma con tutti i confort. Pulitissime le camere accoglienza e gentilezza. Bene bene al centro. Ottimo

Struttura che ti immerge da subito nel clima valdostano, personale molto cordiale e disponibile a qualunque richiesta del cliente. Camera accogliente e molto pulita. La colazione è perfetta per accontentare sia chi preferisce il dolce che il salato. La spa inclusa nel prezzo della stanza è accessibile liberamente e regala il giusto relax necessario dopo una bella camminata sulla neve.

Quando pensi alla montagna e’ difficile non immaginare una baita tutta in legno con la neve che cade copiosa. Ebbene questo hotel è come una enorme baita al centro di Cogne. Si respira l’atmosfera calda ed accogliente tipica delle zone di montagna con un servizio davvero buono. Il motivo? Il personale è condiviso con un’altra struttura sempre qui a Cogne e da quest’ultima viene mutato l’attenzione al cliente e ai suoi bisogni. Le stanze sono ampie e luminose e il servizio di pulizia impeccabile. Colazione abbondante e varia. Grazie a Sarah e tutte le altre persone della reception che è davvero un concierge ..

Nella bellissima cittadina di Cogne, dalla atmosfera fiabesca, hotel du Grand Paradis si trova in una posizione perfetta per conciliare le attività sciistiche e naturalistiche con quelle di scoperta dei luoghi limitrofi. Fin dalla prenotazione il personale è’stato premuroso, gentile ed attento ad ogni esigenza, cosa che si è confermata nei 4 gg di soggiorno! Un plauso particolare a Valentina che ci ha coccolati come se fossimo a casa. Pulizia impeccabile, spa piccola, ma confortevole e dotata di tutto, camere calde, aree comuni bellissime con il camino che dava un tocco di magia. Colazione ricca, genuina e buonissima. Molto utile anche la collaborazione con altre strutture adiacenti per i pasti e per altri servizi. Esperienza che ripeteremo senz’altro. Grazie Cogne e grazie Hotel du Grand Paradis.

Ho prenotato con pacchetto smartbox, per un ingresso per due persone nella loro Spa. All'ingresso della reception si nota la bellezza di questo albergo, molto curato nei dettagli. Posto incantevole, rilassante, molto ben pulito e personale molto e disponibile. Sicuramente ci tornerò. La spa molto ben organizzata con bagno turco, sauna e Jacuzzi, l' atmosfera intima e rilassante.
