We stayed at the Embassy Suites by Hilton in a family vacation. The hotel was very clean, comfortable and the services were excellent. we highly recommend this hotel!

The property is supposed to have parking available however you have to pay for it. The first morning breakfast was very limited. The room had a shower that dripped all day and night. Sofa was extremely stained and television stand had a huge chunk out of it.

The property is very well kept, the food and drinks were good. I was surprised by having to pay for parking once I got to the hotel though. They should either include it in pricing or let you know up front that it will be additional. It was a hassle to get in and out of the gate.

I feel this hotel is overrated. I went by seeing rating. There was mod smell when we enter the hotel and in the room. Water is leaking from the fridge.

I was delayed overnight at the Atlanta airport and booked this hotel because it advertised a restaurant, etc. At check in I was told everything was closed (earlier than stated on the website) and there nothing to eat or drink, etc. Other travelers were complaining about the same issues at check in. The staff challenged everything until another person showed them the website. I jokingly asked if I was going to have to drink water from the bathroom faucet. Staff was not friendly. I cancelled and went elsewhere.

It’s close to airport so you will hear the planes. But otherwise wonderful experience. I like the king premier rooms include snacks and have a separate living room with small kitchenette. If you book embassy because of the evening happy hour - the food is just crackers and weird looking Mac n cheese - very disappointing. But you get two free drinks. The morning buffet breakfast is excellent. The staff is excellent. I tried the pool and exercise rooms and they are adequate. The lobby is very extensive amd pretty and many places to sit if you need to take a private call/meeting.

The staff was excellent. I just have one comment. I asked that my room be serviced and it was not, otherwise it was a good stay.
