I found everything perfect. The only thing I didn’t like was there were a couple feather pillows. I need non-feather pillows.

Everything was really nice. Jon has amazing customer service, he is very personable and friendly. This young is an example of what all customer service should look like.

Staff were very attentive. However, they could be better versed regarding information in the general area, i.e. where is the closest gas station, which restaurants in nearby area are recommended, and how to nvaigate to certain destiniations in College Station. Generally they were otherwise very fine.

Room we were assigned was not partitioned as shown in the photo while selecting rooms. Bathroom wall was falling apart. No fan for the bathroom. We booked a room for four, there was no bedding for the pull out couch or extra pillows for the pull out couch. Thankfully the staff was friendly enough to give us the bedding and pillows with no hassle.

The hotel room was poorly cleaned. There were hairs in the shower and the room smelled very strongly of urine and mildew.

Overall, we had a great stay (not there much due to the game). While this property is a little older and run down, the hotel is clean and the cleaning staff are attentive. You aren't far from the College Station to-do's, lots of food options near by. Excellent customer service at check-in (can't remember the young guy's name, but he was friendly!). I plan to stay here again in the near future!

The comfort of the room was great. The heated tub did not work when we first arrived, however it was fixed the next day. The staff was excellent in handling us with respect. The pool was enjoyable except for the children being a lil unruly and their guardian was not very attentive. Again the staff quickly handled that instance as well.
