Konumu çok iyi. Özellikle resepsiyon çalışanları çok ilgili ve her konuda yardımcı oluyorlar. Onlara çok teşekkür ediyorum. Temizlik iyi. Kahvaltı iyi. Lakin odaya ücretsiz 1 su bile bırakılmamış. Açıkçası bunu biraz yadırgadım. Genel anlamda memnun kaldım. Teşekkürler.

Fantastic hotel with wonderful service. Great location and nice sized rooms. Couldn’t have asked for anything better. 5 stars.

First impression is the delightful exterior and the location close by Little Venice. The interior is charming and we found ourselves in a separate building across an alley with a view over the waterway. Our room was large and unusually we had a basin each in the bathroom. Minor irritation that we had to re-enter our user name etc every time we used the WiFi. Final comment is that the staff were very helpful and I should mention Charley who was always ready to help with a bag or organise a cup of tea.

The bed was a little on the firm side, but still got a great night sleep. Fantastic stay in a half timbered house with modern furnishings. Breakfast was good too, but the best was the friendly staff and welcome we received with our fur kid.

The almost complete lack of facilities makes this hotel more of a B&B than a four star hotel. The hotel advertised itself as having a bar which is barely true and seem to consist only of a wine vending machine a few tables and chairs. We sadly chose a ‘suite’ in an annex across the road only to find ourselves at the top of two flights of stairs (no lift) in a pokey loft room unwisely divided into two rooms to fit the definition of a suite. Bearing in mind we paid over €260 per night for this room and we’re in regional France, we were not happy. Our unhappiness was compounded by virtually non existent WiFi and an appalling breakfast set up. We arrived for a late breakfast to find every free table covered with other people’s remains. The breakfast offering was more two star than four star with poor coffee, messy jam jars and only two items of hot food. This hotel does not warrant the cost. You’d be better off in the local Ibis.

Hotel Parking is offsite, and was full when we arrived. We paid for meters in the meantime. The room was very small, and split level (lots of stairs), and on the 3rd floor (no elevator). Very small fitness area, but nice sauna. Location is great for old town, but otherwise lacks the comfort and convenience I expect from an expensive, 4 star hotel.
