Contacted the hotel and asked friendly if they could offer me a short notice cancellation due to Corona. Never experienced such unfriendly and unempathetic hotel staff! Made me cry on the phone and had the nerve to just hang up.

Hello, We have stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. First of it is well located, 10-15min walk to well known places. The hotel, in general, is hygenic. They are managing Covid19 Situation well. The room was tiny, but very efficent use. Room is very clean, they clean and tidy it up everyday. They also give good service, always have an answer to your questions. J’ai bien aimé l’établissement calme ,propre ,disponibilité,Pas loin de la cité et le Metro je dirais bien à la prochaine pour mon prochain visite à Cologne je conseille cette établissement aux jeunes qui veulent visiter c’était juste cool 👍🏾

Sehr sauber, korrekt, schnelle und freundliche Kommunikation, sehr gerne wieder. Ich war jetzt bereits zum wiederholten Male dort und komme gerne wieder. Günstig gelegen, gute Lokale in der Nähe wenn man Essen gehen will.

War eine Nacht zu Gast im Februar. Hatte bei der Steuerberaterkammer Köln eine mündliche Prüfung abzulegen und musste meinen Koffer irgendwo unterbringen, da ich mit der Bahn angereist war. Und das wurde seitens der Gastgeberin ganz unkompliziert gelöst, was mir wirklich eine Hilfe war!!! Daher volle Empfehlung, dass Zimmer war sauber und ruhig, von der Ausstattung her auch völlig ausreichend, ein Fernseher war auch dabei wurde aber nicht genutzt! Unten gibt es eine kleine Kaffeebar mit Aufenthaltsmöglichkeit. Insgesamt ist das Ganze sehr familiär gestaltet.

Die Buchungsabwicklung war digital sehr einfach. Das sehr kleine Zimmer hatte ein bequemes Bett und war sehr sauber. Das Bad ist auf dem Flur (Schimmel an der Decke). Leider roch es nach Zigarettenrauch im Zimmer.

Ich habe das Einzelzimmer mit Etagenbett gebucht. Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Das Personal äusserst freundlich. Ich durfte auch mein E Bike im Aufenthaltsbereich abstellen und aufladen. Kann es nur weiter empfehlen.
