Had to early checked out. The property has seen better days. The bedroom was extremely outdated and not that well maintained. Cleaning work was not so well done, moldy walls and floors, duvet stink, torn and ripped pillowcase and the overall facilities were rundown. However, the staff members were very friendly, accommodating and attentive.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean and stylish. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

お部屋の広さと使い勝手は良く、コロンボの滞在はこちらと決めています。

這個酒店保安系統特別好！我覺得出門在外安保還是很重要的！然後房間很大！總體設施還可以，就是空調什麼還是落後了！不過已經很不錯了！客廳也很大！
