We are a military family traveling in to the Springs… The facility was clean and the amenities was ok but the staff was extremely rude and disrespectful to us. Kicked us out before out checkout time and tried to keep our deposit when the room was immaculate before we left.

The lobby was nice and access to room was fine. Bed was comfortable. The only reason I deducted 1 star was because the curtain in the room had a light leak and the room faced the parking lot. I tried to move furniture to keep curtain closed. And the tile in the shower could have been cleaned better. I did not use any amenities.

I really just enjoyed the location of the property. It was very easy to access and the parking was very nice. I suppose they are remodeling so it was a bit loud at times. One night there was a couple fighting and screaming at 1am in morning but overall it was nice

When I was going through health issues and having treatments done and now having doctors appointments, this is the place we come to. My husband and I like staying here cause it's quiet and very relaxing plus walking distance to a couple of restaurants makes it convenient for us both. The rooms are clean, the staff's are friendly, morning breakfast is sufficient, it makes our stay comfortable!!

Liked that the suites were available and spacious, fit our family of 6 perfectly.
Lorraine was pur check in clerk, and she was amazing. Made us feel very comfortable right from the start. Really appreciate her for being her and doing a job well done. She clearly takes pride in serving guests.

Shortly after arrival the front desk called our room to ask if everything in the room was in good working order and satisfactory. The room was very clean and the bed was amazing! The buffet was also very tasty! Great stay!!!

I'm not saying this is a five star hotel but I did give it five stars because of the effort made to keep this older hotel nice and up to date. It is not easy keeping old hotels up. Everything was recently painted, newer furniture, very comfortable bed. Most importantly, extremely clean.

Great hotel, our room which fit all 6 of my family was bigger than I expected. It was actually two separate rooms with a connecting door. Each room has its own full bathrooms. The bed were comfortable. It was within walking distance to many restaurants and some of the restaurants give you 10% of if you stay at the hotel

Comfortable and affordable , but a little dirty and needs some upkeep , overall great stay tho and staff was VERY welcoming and kind!
