I surprised my boyfriend with a staycation at Old Town Guesthouse B&B for his birthday. From the moment we checked in, the innkeeper, Monica, was so sweet and really went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. She even hung a "happy birthday" sign in our room prior to our arrival. We stayed in the Oriental Poppy room and fully enjoyed the quirky decorations, the fireplace, and the private hot tub. Breakfast was absolutely wonderful, consisting of a yogurt parfait, muffins, a frittata, and bacon. Thanks, Monica and Tom, for being so attentive and caring - we had a wonderful experience!

This place is awesome! The breakfast is delicious and they have a pool table and DVD movies that guests can borrow which was a lot of fun. Monica the innkeeper is very nice and all of the accommodations were great. I would stay here again for sure.

Monica & Tom are great! The Old Town Guesthouse is in great hands for it's next generation of owners and innkeepers. The refreshed common area and room decor are welcome and make room for further evolution. We had a great time meeting the innkeepers' dogs as well!

Monica is such a gracious host. She is kind and attentive and a great cook. The room was comfortable and in a great location. The hot tub overlooking the mountains was really incredible. It was the perfect stay. Everything was perfect and the host were perfect.

Monica and Tom are amazing, friendly, professional and fun. Our stay was truly wonderful. Food was absolutely delicious. We will definitely be back soon. The Inn is beautiful and so are the surroundings. Plenty of exciting things to do and see within walking distance. Hot tub was a highlight of the trip as well

We absolutely LOVED our stay, we were celebrating our anniversary! The host was amazing...so sweet and friendly! We instantly felt welcomed and at ease with everything! The breakfast was delicious and fresh plus made to order when we sat down! The hottub overlooking the mountains was so relaxing and a perfect spot to wind down with a cocktail after an afternoon of walking! The location is perfect because you can walk everywhere. The game room was super cute, we played a few rounds of pool and pinball there, also used a few of the dvds to watch while enjoying the room time! The room was so comfy and decorated to match the name!

My husband and I truly love staying here. The owners are very attentive and kind. The rooms are really nice and have personality. The views from the balconies are really pretty. The breakfast in the morning is very good. I really appreciated that I was asked if there was any food that I didn’t like or prefer ahead of time, and she made sure that I didn’t get any yogurt because I don’t like it, and instead just gave me fresh fruit. That was very nice. The rooms are clean. The location is really nice and within walking distance of good shops and restaurants. We have made it a tradition to spend our anniversary here, and will continue to do so. Definitely highly recommend this place!

My wife and I have enjoyed staying at Old Town Guesthouse B&B the last few years on the first Saturday of March while we are attending an annual banquet just down the road. After we kill ourselves on the Incline we look forward to soaking in the hot tub on the patio of the Victorian Rose room while gazing up at Pikes Peak. This year we were pleasantly surprised to find OTGH is under new ownership and management and what a difference it has made. We were greeted with brand new larger hot tubs, upgraded bedding and friendly faces. When you go don't forget to enjoy Old Colorado City main street which is about 10 steps from OTGH. Enjoy!

This is a lovely small inn located in the heart of Old Colorado City minutes away from anything you might want to do in the area. You can walk to a variety of stores, restaurants, etc. or be in Manitou or Garden of the Gods in 15 minutes by auto. The rooms are terrific, the hosts fabulous and friendly, the breakfast delightful. A great place to stay.
