Hotel was great, big room and very clean. Limited seating for breakfast and garbage was over flowing at breakfast area.

The place is fairly new and well maintained except the dryer broke on us and we were left with a load of wet clothes we had to hang around our room to dry. My other con is that at night the parking lot fills up. We got back from dinner and there was nowhere to park. We had to wait for one of the staff to leave so we could take their spot.

Excellent place to stay. Very close to many restaurants and events. I would definitely stay there again. Very convenient

This was my first time staying there. We came into town for a concert and was able to walk to Colonial Life Arena from the hotel. I enjoyed my stay there and will definitely stay again.

Limited parking. Hotel was at capacity and cars were everywhere. They charge $14 per night to park and when I expressed concern that there was no parking, the staff had no options. I had to park on the street despite paying a fee at the hotel.
Nobody ever came to clean the room, no towel service, no trash service for 3 nights.
Breakfast was 6:30-9:30 but if something was out after 8:30 they never refilled it.
Overall facility is nice but staff were unengaged at best or just outright rude.
Do not recommend.

Great location in the Vista…walking distance for several restaurants and bars. Very inviting hotel lobby; big rooms; clean baths. If they are busy, parking is at a premium but al in all a very nice hotel.
