the beds were like sleeping on a piece of ply wood. I woke very sore and my trip was unpleasant because I was so tired and sore.
The shower had NO water pressure

Online it says it's free to park your car there during your vacation and free shuttle to the airport.
Well that wasn't the case. It wasn't free parking so at 10pm when we checked in we had to make arrangements for parking for a week and then to get a shuttle from there to the airport.
Also, it advertises free breakfast, but we had to leave for the airport by 5am and breakfast didn't start til 6am. At least they could have had some cereal bars or yogurt or fruit to take.
And no conditioner in the shower .
We will NOT be staying there again.

Could use better lighting in the parking lots. Ruthie and unfortunately I didn't get her name, but she worked the late evening shift after Ruthie were both amazing. The other staff was friendly too. I would stay again.

Very nice hotel to stay before you travel. I will always stay in this hotel before my flight.

The hotel is close to the airport and a shuttle takes you over. It is a nice hotel and very comfortable.

Needed a special reservation to park and leave car while traveling but wasn't aware of this till I arrived

Lovely hotel. Very clean and well appointed. Front lobby personnel were friendly and professional. I will definitely stay here again. This was my second stay.
