Wonderful customer service. Great location. Central to everything. No issues with check in or check out. Issue was with the room itself. I went from floor 3 to floor 2 for wanting a bath but the rooms were night & day. The room was haphazardly cleaned, broken outlet panel, little stains on the floor, broken chair, and broken glass cup.

Our stay was amazing. Nice, clean, spacious rooms. Love that the shower and toilet are in separate spaces! Service was top notch and breakfast was great! Centrally located to the Downtown area and just a 5 min drive to OSU and any restaurants you could want! We will definitely be staying again!

Building and room were nice. Rooms are large. Lobby was nice and free breakfast was fine. Shower and toilet were weirdly split into two rooms (both had a sink). Area around hotel was not great…kinda wedged in on a busy street. Hotel was very convenient to OSU campus.

The service here has been absolutely wonderful. From the front desk to the rest of the staff we have been tested so well. One night after a very long day when we walked in the front desk clerk even called me by my first name. I found that very nice. The bar area was a nice touch. Breakfast was ok, nothing great, but it was nice to have a hot meal before spending our day at the hospital. When we needed to extend our stay, they worked hard at keeping it a sewmless transition. Well done to everyone there.
