Main issue was that the windows did not lock. And this colored my experience completely. I was given a ground floor unit and having a window that could just be slid open is not comforting. In addition, the hvac in the room was non functional (which I only discovered because I was trying to make sure it would not turn on during the night so I would hear someone sliding the window open -ironic). The TV was also broken. They offered to move me but the offered room had an even worse lock. It did not catch at all. Finally, they are pet friendly but they do not maintain their pet area. There was a can that had bags at one point but no more and there was trash all around it. I always have bags so no big deal but there was also no other trash can outside the hotel so short of bringing it with me in the car my only choice was to add to the pile. Honestly, if the room had a functioning window lock or they had fixed that issue, I wouldn’t even have written this review. So that is honestly the crux. Either demand a high floor or bring an 18-24” stick with you (I ended up using a 1/2” breaker bar that I had in my car for changing tires).

1) No full length mirror in my room.
2) The motor on the blind wouldn't allow me to adjust to where I wanted it to be.
3) The refrigerator was super, super noisy.
It's just overall barely ok.
Just FYI, I stayed at hotels each night that week, & this was the same price, but by far my least favorite.

Stay was good, but I didn't like that I could not get a printed receipt. The said that it was because of the way I booked my room. I booked by room the same way last year was able to secure a printed receipt at checkout.

We stayed for 4 nights. We didnt have a warm shower the entire time were there. There was also what looked like poop on the wall in tge bathroom. I mentioned all this to staffultipke times and nothing was done.

First room we were put in didn’t have a TV, second room the window was busted out.
Make sure you shower at the most inconvenient hour for your sleep schedule or else you won’t have hot water.
There’s not many hotels, I said “I’m not gonna stay here again”… This is definitely one of them.
I will say it is cute and up-to-date.

My room didn't lock at all. When the front desk clerk was alerted she couldn't care less about it not working and told me there was nothing she could do about it and just use the little tab lock when I'm inside. I couldn't keep any of my valuables in the room cause the door just pushes right open. I've taking video of the door and what i was forced to "deal with".

The rooms were not great. Vents falling out of the walls, sink wasn't even in the bathroom. Nevermind the thin walls that constantly sound of the bed above us rocking back up and down. Breakfast was minimal, overall not what I was expecting. I will gladly pay a bit more next time to stay at a place where the ceilings were higher than 7ft and the elevator didn't sound/look like it was on its last leg.

The property is surrounded by an area with a multitude of restaurants, stuff to do, etc.
The hotel itself was average. Elevators need upgraded, the hallways seemed like they need an upgrade. The rooms were pretty nice though. The hotel had a scent to it. Not necessarily bad, but a distinct scent.

Upon check in the young lady told me my debit card did not work so I gave her a credit card . I soon discovered that there was a charge on my credit card but there were also 2 charges on my debit card . Rather than apologizing she told me the debit card charges would eventually reverse. One has reversed so far one had been reversed. On my second night there I pointed out that our room had not been cleaned and they sent us towels. The door from the lobby to the stairwell was broken. All in all it was a terrible experience.
