La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Columbus Airport Area

Pretty good with reasonable price.

房間寬敞明亮，停車場充足，最關鍵的是早餐很豐盛，有牛奶有肉，有雞蛋有麥片，而且還有水果沙拉，幾乎是最近我在美國吃過的最好的早餐。

衞生，早餐，酒店都還不錯，性價比比較高。

Smells like smoke everywhere. Tobacco and other substances. The stairs were wet and in poor shape (falling apart). The breakfast is hard boiled eggs in a fridge and sausage patties that sit in the warmer for a while. Coffee dispenser is not clean. I stayed for 5 nights. They serviced the room the first night then it wasn’t touched after that. The door to the stairwell I was told to use was broken so I had to find another way in. The room wasn’t terrible but definitely had some DIY remodeling going on. It was the Arnold’s weekend. I booked with La Quinta because I know the brand well, but this is the first time it’s been so rough. ******* wanted me to rewrite this review…twice. I took out a lot of details because they didn’t like it.

I can say.. there was no bugs. But did I feel safe? No. The pictures DO NOT do justice to the la Quinta. We have stayed in many La Quintas and there were extremely nice. I cannot say the same for this one. It was extremely disturbing. Also there is no elevator. This is one of those hotels that you would see in a scary zombie movie where the lights were flickering and it had already been jacked up. My bathroom floor had a hole in it. Like a legit hole. The stick on floor tile was cracked and there was a dip almost took me out. Room service come by once on the last day we were there. Stay at your own risk. Nice people not so nice hotel.

The door wouldn’t close and had to be slammed really hard, made for unsafe feeling. In a very inconvenient location

There was absolutely NO staff on the property when we tried to check in at 10:45pm. We finally left at 1 am after calling everywhere, including ******* whom told us to call back at 9am to complain then hung up on us. Every hotel around was booked, had to go 2 towns over and pay 3 times as much for a room. I still do not know who to contact to discuss this issue. It’s also very sketchy.

When we checked in, we were given the wrong type of room. Went back to the front desk and they corrected it and gave us the correct type of room. Upon walking into the room it was noticeable that it was recently renovated within the last year or two. The beds were not the best, but they weren’t the worst I’ve ever slept in. The pillows were acceptable. We had an early morning start on our first morning, and we’re down at the breakfast area sharply at 6:30, which was the supposed start time. Upon arriving, nothing was ready, and it appeared as though the person doing the breakfast had just shown up and started turning on lights. It took so long that we had to leave to be able to make our start time for the event that we were attending. Luckily, there is a Tim Hortons right next-door and we were able to grab a quick sandwich and coffee and go. On our second morning, it was very loud in the hallway next to our room. You could hear cleaning staff wheeling cart by and talking extremely loud early in the morning. Also, you could hear when other rooms around you were showering because there was loud shower, water noise, when other rooms have the faucets going.
