it was very clean which i appreciated. the hot water in our room didnt work but they switched us rooms right away!

This hotel is a great value in every way. Easy access from interstate. Lots of restaurants near by. Quiet. Great parking lot too. Very comfortable rooms.

Front desk and location no problems to address. Noise and cleanliness of the room that’s another story….I found someone’s nasty do rag, hair and candy wrappers under the mattress (yes, I check that kind of stuff when I stay at hotels) Clearly housekeeping miss the mark when it comes to actually DOING THEIR JOB! The curtains were ripped and also appeared to have what looked like black mold on them. The cleanliness and over all appearance of the room needs to be worked on! If it wouldn’t have been midnight, and I wasn’t extremely tired, I definitely would’ve been at customer service expressing my issues and requesting a new room.

Easy and friendly check in. Rooms are clean and beds are comfy. We enjoyed the free breakfast.

Had an amazing stay the staff was nice not very on top of needs at the front desk but the stay was over well amazing would definitely come again

Lobby closed at 7:30pm on a Saturday night because the TV is mounted on a wall next to someone's room. How about you move the tv? or don't put someone in that room until the hotel is at full capacity. Our group wanted to order pizza and watch OSU play in the lobby together. Instead, we had to try to find a place to go last minute (they told us this at 7:29). Also, pool was freezing, not cold...freezing.

Everything was fine except that housekeeping started vacuuming the hallways and making noise at around 8am while we were still sleeping.
