Excellent place to have holidays superb all around i came with family excellent staff beautiful room awesome food we thoroughly enjoyed each and every moment I will always recommend this hotel to everyone I know , very close to beach Colva village very green

Great Service & Staff, Rooms are available at cheap prices, also , clean surface & All facilities are available there as local rides.. nice experience. Food is very tasty & nice views.. definitely will come back , tnx to all..

I stayed for about 5 days Their wifi is pathetic ! When asked to fix the staff says cant fix it! They took booking on the room which we are already staying and told us to chnge the room early in the morning , when i argued saying that if my room is occupied how can some else book it, how is it showing vacant on mmt! They dint hav answer and blaming me in retrn saying i cnt b rude ! I said m not living this room or chnging it , so the ***ager argued and said they will call police if i dnt liv the room! I mean seriously? Is this customer service? Its their mistake and their threatening me only and when i told dem i am goan and call their owner the ***ager came back to his soft tone!

Very nice place had a wonderful time with friends and family. We stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed exploring one day South Goa and one day North Goa.... Breakfast and restaurant pure veg food was amazing... Cheers to all hotel staff

Spacious, well appointed rooms in right location Located some 100-200 m away from main road/market. 300-400 m from the beach. Isolated from the noisy road There's a veg restaurant which served breakfast. Option for both south and north. Well appointed furniture, large TV (but who comes to see TV in Goa) Well sized and decorated bathroom Bipu in reception was really helpful. In general, quick service Small swimming pool and a restaurant looking over

The property appears to be a good deal, but the hospitality is pathetic and will leave you with a bitter experience. Our room AC was leaking and despite repeated requests, the issue wasn't resolved. You can see the pictures yourself. We tried to keep a towel and bucket below the AC to arrest the spread of water but ended up with a mini pool inside the room. And to top it off, the staff showed no courtesy when asked for an extra towel, stating that we had exceeded our checkout time (by 30 mins).
